OUIGO was created by the SNCF group in 2013. This is a 100% digital offer for travel on the blue and pink TGV to over 50 destinations in France. Why are tickets with OUIGO cheaper? Because there is only one class of travel, equivalent to a standard TGV, and the product is 100% digital. This is the ethos behind OUIGO! Unlike INOUI TGVs, OUIGO trains offer a single class of service at very attractive prices, with a fixed fare starting at €10 for adults and €5 for children.

The OUIGO Grande Vitesse offer, to over 50 destinations in France

From the north of France from Lille, to the south with Marseille, via Paris, Rennes , Nantes , Lyon, Nice, Toulouse, Bordeaux , Montpellier or Strasbourg , OUIGO TGVs take you all over France, all year round, at more than 300km/h. It is a value for money service with low-cost double-decker trains that carry more than 1,260 passengers and run at the same speed as conventional TGVs. The price of your trip starts from €10 for an adult and €5, a fixed price, for all children under 12. When you book your train ticket on OUIGO Grande Vitesse, if you want additional services such as Wi-Fi on board, choice of seat, an electrical socket or additional luggage, you must pay a supplement when you book online. Select the options that fit your needs and preferences, to create a train journey that suits you and pay just the right price, and nothing more. Our advice for maximum savings: always book on the SNCF Connect website and app as far in advance as possible. OUIGO Train Classique - cheap train tickets, slightly longer journeys

All pink with a blue logo, a little slower than their big brothers the OUIGO TGVs, the new OUIGO Train Classique trains have been running since 11 April 2022. Find them on the Paris-Nantes and Paris-Lyon routes, in 14 new stations near you. What's the difference between these and OUIGO Grande Vitesse trains? These new OUIGO trains run on conventional rails which means that the OUIGO offer is no longer limited to high speed trains only. What is the main advantage of these trains? The price of tickets ranges from 10 to 49 euros maximum.And if you are going with your family, you should know that it's always just €5 for children! It's the ideal package for those who like to go on a weekend or holiday at short notice, at the last minute. If you like to travel by train, daydream, finish that book you never have time to read, revise your exams, play a game of cards with your friends or chat with your other half, this is the solution for you. Another advantage is the comfort with all the soft seats and a new snack menu on board. You can board up to 5 minutes before departure. OUIGO Train Classique runs 2 return trips between Paris and Lyon and 3 return trips between Paris and Nantes via new destinations. On OUIGO Train Classique, reservations open 45 days before the date of your journey.

OUIGO Train Classique Paris-Lyon

With two daily return trips, OUIGO Train Classique goes to Lyon from Paris Bercy station and the Ile-de-France stations of Villeneuve-Saint-Georges and Melun, with a journey time of between 4 hrs 45 and 5 hrs 15. New OUIGO stations are also accessible on the route: Dijon, Chalon-sur-Saône and Mâcon. OUIGO Train Classique Paris-Nantes

With 3 daily return trips spread over two routes (one to the north and one to the south), OUIGO Train Classique goes to Nantes from the Paris stations of Paris Austerlitz and the Ile-de-France stations of Juvisy, Massy TGV and Versailles Chantiers, with a journey time of between 3.5 and 4.15 hours. New stations are also available on the route to Nantes, such as Chartres, Saumur or Angers. How do I book an OUIGO train ticket online?

To buy your OUIGO train ticket online, log on to our website www.sncf-connect.com or use our SNCF Connect app directly. For reservations, enter your departure and arrival stations via the intuitive search engine, selecting your desired travel dates and travel preferences. The SNCF Connect website and app will then offer you all available OUIGO train journeys. It is up to you to choose the one that best suits your needs and preferences. If you book early enough, it opens up vast possibilities for cheap travel. One click, book, pay and go! You will receive a confirmation SMS and will be able to print your tickets in advance. On the day, remember to arrive 30 minutes before the train departure time, and take some ID with you. Welcome aboard!

When can you buy an OUIGO train ticket?

On OUIGO Grande Vitesse: OUIGO Grande Vitesse train tickets go on sale on SNCF Connect between 2 and 9 months before the train departure date. We advise you to book as soon as possible to get the best prices for your OUIGO Grande Vitesse tickets. For the Christmas and summer holidays, an opening date for sales is set in advance, for journeys that are going to be within the next 9 months. Don't miss it if you want the best prices in the OUIGO offer!

On OUIGO Train Classique: reservations on OUIGO Train Classique can be made up to 45 days in advance. You can book on SNCF Connect at the last minute, up to 1 hour before the your OUIGO Train Classique departs, subject of course to availability.

How do you find cheap OUIGO tickets?

You'll find all the offers available in real time for the route you are interested in for sale on the SNCF Connect website and app. To get the best OUIGO prices, we recommend you book at least a month in advance. For last minute travel, you can also get last minute ticket deals with OUIGO, always at low prices.

What are the fares like for OUIGO train tickets?

OUIGO TGVs offer low prices ranging from €10 for adults and €5 for children. With OUIGO, you have a choice: either you travel with one item of hand luggage and one item of cabin luggage free of charge, or you can add an extra luggage option. And why not go for the OUIGO PLUS "all-inclusive" pack. It's the little extra that changes everything! See below for the details of the different fares and options offered on board OUIGO trains. The OUIGO Essentiel offer

With the "OUIGO Essentiel" ticket, you have access to the essentials of OUIGO travel, but at high speed. i.e. one reserved seat, 2 items of hand luggage or 1 item of hand luggage and 1 item of cabin luggage. Adult fares start at €10 and children (under 12) get a reduced fare all year round of between €5 and €8 (€8 being the fare for certain stations in inner Paris).

The OUIGO PLUS offer

For only €9 more, you get more services: - an extra item of luggage or XL luggage - a choice of seat - a special queue if you are travelling from Paris: at Paris Montparnasse, Paris Gare de Lyon and Paris Gare de l'Est, you can access your train quickly and freely, up to 5 minutes before the departure time.

OUIGO children's rates

Babies and children under 12 years of age get a single reduced rate all year round. The fare is €5 for all journeys, except those departing from or arriving at Paris Vaugirard - Montparnasse Hall 3 or Paris Gare de l'Est, where the fare is €8. Most additional services are free of charge for children. Don't forget to bring your family record book or an identity document before boarding. Also remember to take a bottle of water and a small snack for your children during your OUIGO journey.

What OUIGO Grande Vitesse options are available for booking on SNCF Connect?

When you book your OUIGO train ticket on SNCF Connect, you can choose different options to add to your "OUIGO Essentiel" offer, for an additional fee. Create your own tailor-made journey with OUIGO services:

• the choice of seat option
  You can choose precisely the seat you prefer on board, depending on your needs: a seat with an electric socket, a solo seat, a double seat, a saloon seat or even a "triplet" seat for a trip with family or friends, a seat close to the exit or the luggage area... The price of the option varies according to the type of seat:€7 for solo seats and €3 for all other seat choices. Options are free for our little travellers under 12 years of age, regardless of the type of seat.
  You can select your options when you make your reservation and after the sale, up to 1.5 hours before departure, or on board, by asking the OUIGO agents, and the same rates will apply.
• Extra or XL baggage option : to be able to take an XL or extra baggage, the option is €5 extra per journey and per selected baggage. This option is currently available on OUIGO Train Classique.
• the OUIFI option (Wi-Fi only) or OUIFUN (Wi-Fi + entertainment pack) : with the OUIFI option, for €3, you get a quality Wi-Fi connection throughout your trip, for standard personal use: internet access, instant messaging, emails, streaming at a limited speed. With OUIFUN, for €5, you can access a selection of the latest films, TV series, newspapers (magazines and daily press) and podcasts. Available on the Paris-Lyon route and soon on more destinations.
• the bike option : planning a bike trip? You can take your bike on board OUIGO trains, either by choosing the bike in a bag option - 130cm x 90cm maximum and weight of the bike must be 30kg or less-, for €5 per passenger and per journey (available on OUIGO Grande Vitesse and OUIGO Train Classique), or the disassembled bike option (labelled as luggage) for €10 per passenger and per journey (only on OUIGO Train Classique).

How can I travel with a pet on OUIGO?

On OUIGO trains, you can travel with your pet (dog, cat, etc.) up to a limit of one animal per adult per reservation. The single fare is €15 per journey, regardless of the animal's weight. If your pet weighs less than 6kg, it should preferably be transported in a container no larger than cabin baggage (55cmx35cmx25cm). If your pet weighs more than 6kg, it must be kept on a lead and muzzled. Note: disabled travellers with a disability of 80% or more can travel free of charge with their service dog.
