Comfort on board the London - Paris Eurostar
The Eurostar train has comfy seats, a Wi-Fi connection, electrical sockets for your devices and a buffet car. You can choose from three classes:
- Standard: all the essentials for an affordable price, with 2 pieces of luggage and 1 piece of hand luggage included.
- Plus: more space, snacks and drinks served at your seat, magazines included.
- Premier: 3-course meal served at your seat, fast-track boarding, access to Eurostar Premier lounges in stations, fully flexible tickets, and 3 pieces of carry-on luggage.
Changing or cancelling your ticket
Standard and Plus tickets can be exchanged free of charge up to one hour before departure (with a fare adjustment if necessary). You can also cancel them up to 7 days in advance (€25 charge). Premier tickets can be exchanged or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours after departure.
Luggage allowance
Standard and Plus passengers can take up to 2 pieces of luggage (max. 85 cm) and one piece of hand baggage. Premier passengers can take a 3rd piece of luggage. There is no weight limit, but all luggage must be labelled.
Travelling with your pet
Pets are not allowed on the London - Paris train, except for guide dogs accompanying a passenger with a disability.
