CARTE AVANTAGE ADULTE TGV INOUI PRICE: €49
The card is reserved for anyone aged at least 27 years old and not yet 60 years old as of the start date of the card's validity. Price of the carte Avantage Adulte TGV INOUI for 27-59 years old: 49€ Price effective as of 12/08/2022, excluding promotions. Validity period: one year from the start date of validity determined by the customer at the time of purchase.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE [CARTE AVANTAGE ADULTE]
Valid on one-way journeys whenever the cardholder is travelling with a child or is travelling on Saturdays or Sundays, or valid on return journeys that include at least Friday night, Saturday or Sunday. The maximum period between the outbound and return journey must be 61 days, and this cannot be extended if you exchange your ticket.
30% DISCOUNT FOR ADULTS
The carte Avantage Adulte TGV INOUI offers a 30% discount for the holder. Offer reserved for holders of the carte Avantage TGV INOUI, and one accompanying person over 12 years old for holders of the carte Avantage Adulte aged 27-59 years. Discount calculated, excluding additional paid services, on the PREM’S fare, 2nd class, 1st class, and the Full Fare 2nd and 1st for reservation-required trains (TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS, excluding OUIGO), and on the ‘Normal’ fare for INTERCITÉS trains without mandatory reservation for tickets valid for 1 day. Discounts applicable within the national territory. In the case of a round-trip purchase, it is necessary to have a symmetrical outward and return journey with the same carriers (TGV INOUI, TER, TGV Lyria, etc.) and the same ‘via’ as well as the same periods of the traveler's calendar for TER (= blue/white period). For example, TGV INOUI + TER on the outward journey then TER + TGV INOUI on the return. It is impossible in some regions to combine a TGV INOUI + TER outward journey and a direct TGV INOUI return.

The card offers a 60% discount for accompanying children. Offer valid for up to 3 accompanying children aged 4 to 11 years included, if the ticket is purchased at the same time as the ticket of the carte Avantage TGV INOUI holder. CARD PAYOFF FROM THE 3RD TRIP
The initial cost of the card is covered after the third journey (a one-way journey from an initial destination to a final destination) based on the discounts provided by the carte Avantage (Jeune, Adulte or Senior) to the cardholder and potential travel companions (in proportion to accompanied trips), when travelling in 1st or 2nd Class to all TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS train destinations combined (excluding TER regional trains), between 01/01/2022 and 31/05/2022.
DISCOUNTS ON TER
In TER trains, the card allows for a reduction of 25%, 30%, or 50%, depending on the regions and the traveler's calendar, guaranteed throughout the year provided it is accepted by the regional transport organizing authority within its scope. Information available on regional TER websites.
DISCOUNTS IN EUROPE
The carte Avantage TGV INOUI is valid for journeys in France and Europe. Offer reserved for holders of the carte Avantage TGV INOUI. Discount calculated, excluding additional paid services, on the 2nd or 1st class fare of the day on TGV INOUI trains to Luxembourg, Fribourg-en-Brisgau, on TGV INOUI France-Spain trains, and on TGV INOUI and ICE trains in cooperation with DB-SNCF; on the Seconda or Prima (2nd or 1st) class fare of the day on TGV France-Italy trains; on the Standard or Standard 1st class fare of TGV Lyria trains.
NO FLEX FARES
The card provides access to last-minute NO FLEX offers. Offer available last-minute accessible on TGV trains, INTERCITÉS with mandatory reservation, and INTERCITÉS. Offer reserved for the holder of the carte Avantage TGV INOUI, and up to 3 accompanying children aged 4 to 11 years old included, provided they travel on the same train and in the same class. The purchase of NO FLEX tickets for the cardholder and accompanying passengers must be simultaneous. The NO FLEX offer is available on a selection of destinations in France and Europe, on certain days and in certain trains subject to seat availability. Offer not combinable with any other ongoing promotion or reduced rate from SNCF or European partners. Offer not exchangeable and not refundable.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND FOR TICKETS PURCHASED USING A CARTE AVANTAGE TGV INOUI
Conditions for exchanging and refunding a ticket with the carte Avantage TGV INOUI on TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS trains with mandatory reservation. Exchange and refund service offered free of charge up to 7 days before departure. From 6 days before departure, a fee of €19 per person per journey is applied to TGV INOUI, and 40% of the ticket price is retained, with a maximum retention of €15 on INTERCITÉS trains with mandatory reservations. 30 minutes before departure and up to departure, 1 exchange is possible (maximum) with the same fee as previously mentioned. Tickets exchanged within this time frame are non-refundable. The fee is applied only once, for journeys involving one or more connections. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after the train's departure, unless it has been made available again before departure. In the case of round-trip ticket purchases, once the outbound journey has been used and/or completed, the return journey cannot be canceled or refunded.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOLLOWING THE PURCHASE A CARTE AVANTAGE TGV INOUI
The right of withdrawal specified in Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code allows customers to change their minds about the purchase of the card within 14 days of its purchase date, as long as they have not already travelled for the discounted price offered by the carte Avantage. After this 14-day period, the right to withdrawal is no longer admissible and the purchase of the card can no longer be refunded, even if its start date has not yet begun.
