A uniform booking process

    Book everything together

    • You can book like everyone else, for a maximum of 9 travelers instead of 2!
    • It is no longer necessary to state your degree of disability.
    • If you are in a wheelchair, you travel in 1st class at the 2nd class fare. All accompanying persons travel with you in 1st class (only in the TGV).

    Travel in a wheelchair

    • You can indicate that you are traveling in a wheelchair or not, it is not necessary to specify the type of wheelchair
    • Subject to the available seats: all of your companions travel with you in 1st class
    • Up to 3 accompanying persons per wheelchair user benefit from a 30% discount on the first class tariff.
    • Thalys : To travel with your wheelchair, the chair must respect the norms.
      Wheelchair passengers can travel in the Premium carriage for the Standard ticket price:
      • To Belgium: from €29
      • To the Netherlands: from €35
      • To Germany: from €35

    Prices when accompanying

    • The authorized person must have a "Carte Mobilité Inclusion" (or other proof of eligibility) stating that an accompanying person is required.
    • Only one accompanying person per disabled traveler is entitled to the preferential rate
    • The other accompanying persons are not entitled to this tariff; they can travel at the tariff of your choice.

Worth knowing

Children under the age of 12 cannot have an accompanying person status on journeys with the TGV and the TER. To travel with OUIGO, only people over the age of 18 are permitted as an accompanying person.

People with disabilities and / or people in wheelchairs can book on SNCF Connect. If you are dependent on a wheelchair, you and your supervisor are entitled to a preferential rate.
To book an assistance service, call the Eurostar Call Center on +33 (0) 1 70 70 60 88.
Open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday. Closed on weekends and on English bank holidays.
