Do you have a question about Interrail?
Residents of Europe, Turkey and Russia can travel with an Interrail pass. The pass cannot be passed on to another person.
Children under 4 years of age travel free and do not need their own Interrail pass. Up to two children under 12 years of age accompanied by an adult can travel for free. Each additional child requires an Interrail Youth Pass. Children under 12 traveling alone need a Youth Interrail Pass. Children 12 years and older need a Youth Interrail Pass.
You can buy your Interrail Pass in different ways: Mobile-Pass: You can book your Mobile Pass via sncf-connect. You will then receive an e-mail with the order confirmation and the pass number, which will allow you to download your pass in the ""Eurail/Interrail Rail Planner"" application.
To travel with the mobile pass, you will need to download the Rail Planner app onto your smartphone as well as a working internet connection (at least once every 3 days). To activate the pass, follow the instructions outlined in your confirmation email. You can then activate the pass when you are ready to begin planning your trip.
You can purchase a pass up to 11 months before travel.
One country pass : You cannot travel in your country of residence with a One Country Pass Global Pass: the Global Pass allows for 2 journeys in your country of residence. One to leave and one to return.
You need to ensure that you include the following items: First and last name Country of residence Document number of your ID or Passport (in date)

Exchange before the 1st valid day free of charge Cancellation up to the first day of validity included: possible but with a 15% penalty Exchange or cancellation after the first day of validity is not possible
