The OUIGO Train Classique offer supplements the OUIGO Grande Vitesse offer.
Journeys in France

OUIGO Train Classique tickets in France are available at attractive prices ranging from €10 to a maximum of €49, and are cheaper than OUIGO Grande Vitesse tickets. Sales open 45 days before your trip.

Paris <> Brussels journeys
OUIGO Train Classique tickets for Brussels are available at attractive prices ranging from €10 to a maximum of €59. Sales open up to 3 months in advance.
Extra or oversize luggage and the transportation of pushchairs are free of charge.
You can travel with your bike free of charge by booking a free extra item of luggage when you buy your ticket. This option applies to folded or disassembled bikes put in a bag.
The OUIGO FLEX option is not currently available on the Paris<> Brussels route.

Plan all your trips up to 9 months in advance.
OUIGO Grande Vitesse offers you more than 50 destinations throughout France: Bordeaux, Rennes, Nantes, Marseille, Lyon, Lille, Strasbourg; Toulouse, Agen, Montauban, etc.
Travel to new destinations with OUIGO: La Rochelle, Niort, Surgères, St-Brieuc, Guingamp, Morlaix, Brest, etc.
From Paris and depending on the destination, leave from Paris Montparnasse Hall 1 & 2, Paris Gare de l'Est, Paris Gare de Lyon, Marne la Vallée, Massy or Charles de Gaulle airport stations
The OUIGO PLUS offer on OUIGO Grande Vitesse
For just €9 more, you can enjoy a whole range of services:

The OUIGO FLEX option on OUIGO Grande Vitesse and Train Classique
With the OUIGO FLEX option, you get full flexibility!
Exchange your tickets free of charge, as many times as you like, up to 30 minutes before your train's departure. The only thing you have to pay for is any fare difference between your tickets.
Available up to 7 days before your train's departure, OUIGO FLEX gives you peace of mind when you travel. For example, if your train leaves on the 21st of the month, you have until the 14th at 11.59pm to add this option.
Available for just €9 per adult, this option is free of charge for children under the age 12. Please note that this must be added at the time of booking and for all your group’s tickets. Without OUIGO FLEX, exchange fees of up to €19 will apply.

The TOUPTI offer
The TOUPTI fare allows children aged 0 to 3 inclusive to sit on their carer's lap free of charge. It is available on the OUIGO Grande Vitesse and Train Classique services.
The transportation of pushchairs is free of charge with the "Toupti" passenger. To take advantage of this offer, add the "pushchairs" offer during the sale process, at the Luggage stage.
You also have the choice of booking a seat for your Toupti. In this case, the child fare is €5 (OUIGO Train Classique) or €8 (OUIGO Grande Vitesse).
Choosing a seat on board
On board a OUIGO Grande Vitesse train, book your seat with the "Choice of seat" option, and travel with greater comfort, more privacy or more space.
Customise your needs on SNCF Connect and select:
Your coach number,
Your configuration: Solo, Duo, Carré, or Triplette (row of 3 seats),
A seat with or without a socket,
A seat close to the entrance or exit of the coach, or a luggage rack,

Preparing your trip by OUIGO Grande Vitesse or Train Classique
Before departure:
4 days before departure, your tickets, with your coach and seat numbers, will be available.
Download your barcode in the SNCF Connect app.
Or print out your e-ticket received by e-mail.
If you book your OUIGO ticket less than 4 days before departure, your barcode and e-ticket will be immediately available. Find out about the information concerning your luggage on board the OUIGO.
The day of departure:
Show your ticket to the ticket inspectors on board.
Please bring some form of identification with you.
Be on the platform 30 minutes before departure.
please note Access to the train is no longer possible 5 minutes before departure, so plan to arrive at the station a little earlier.
OUIGO trains do not have a buffet car.
please note OUIGO Train Classique trains are not suitable for transporting passengers in wheelchairs: contact OUIGO customer service for an alternative solution.
Amending a OUIGO booking
OUIGO tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Exchanging OUIGO tickets is available on SNCF Connect and you can now change your dates, times or journeys for all passengers (€19 charge per passenger and per journey).
You can also:
Select departure and arrival stations other than the initial ticket depending on availability.
Keep the options you selected at the time of purchase when exchanging your train tickets.
/!\ If your new ticket is more expensive than your old one, you will have to pay the difference.
If your new ticket is cheaper than your old one, you will not be refunded the difference (cf. Fare terms and conditions).
If you would like to add an option such as extra luggage, a pet, or a change to passenger details, please go to the dedicated website.
If your train is canceled by OUIGO, you will receive an email with all the instructions.
OUIGO will offer you two options:
- A free exchange on SNCF Connect: You can choose another OUIGO train within 7 days around your original travel date (subject to availability).
- A 100% refund: You will receive a voucher by email within 3 days. This voucher can be refunded to your bank account.
How to make your choice?
- Go to the OUIGO app or ouigo.com, in the "My bookings" section.
- Enter your email and reservation number.
- Select the option that suits you.
For round-trip tickets: The same conditions apply for the return journey.
If you encounter difficulties or have questions, contact OUIGO via the contact form.
In case of a strike, train traffic information will be sent by email the day before departure after 5 p.m.
Important: If you do not make a choice before 11:30 p.m. on the day before the trip, your trip will be automatically canceled, and you will receive a voucher for a full refund.
Please note that additional expenses (taxi, hotel, flight, etc.) are not refunded.
