What luggage is included in my Bordeaux – Paris OUIGO train ticket?

If you are travelling light, your OUIGO train ticket includes:

• a carry on bag no larger than 55cm x 35cm x 25cm;
• a piece of hand luggage no larger than 40 x 30 x 15cm, with no weight limit.

If you plan to travel with extra baggage, or a piece of luggage larger than the above size, you can choose the extra baggage or XL option for €5 when you buy your OUIGO train ticket on SNCF Connect. If you opted for the OUIGO PLUS offer when you bought your OUIGO train ticket, the extra baggage option is included in your ticket.

Can I travel with a pet on board the Bordeaux - Paris OUIGO train?

Yes, you can travel with your pet for a fixed fee of €10 per animal. Select the relevant pet details when booking your Bordeaux - Paris OUIGO train ticket on SNCF Connect:

• If your pet weighs less than 6kg, it must be transported in a pet carrier no larger than a piece of cabin baggage (55cmx35cmx25cm).
• If your pet weighs more than 6kg, it must be muzzled and kept on a lead.

There's a limit of 1 pet per adult.

Can I travel with a bike on board the Bordeaux - Paris OUIGO train?

For €5, you can take your bike on board a TGV OUIGO train Bordeaux - Paris by choosing the folded/dismantled bike in a bag option. Once onboard the OUIGO train, the bike in its bag must not exceed 130 x 90 cm or weigh more than 30 kg.
