1. The Paris Philharmonic

Designed by Jean Nouvel, the Paris Philharmonic is a photographer’s dream.

Its steel architecture allows you to play around with the light: waves, reflections, basically a real photographer’s playground! The best time to go there for a photo shoot is in the evening to capture the last rays of sunshine hitting the steel tiles.

2. The columns of Palais Royal

If you’re fond of using black and white filters, look no further than the colonnes de Buren columns.

We love the tall and slim design, which is ideal for perfectionists and those who love symmetric photos. Their differing sizes make you want to look down on them from above, so climb up onto one of them for an artistic break.

4. The Saint-Martin canal

The Canal Saint-Martin canal is the perfect photography subject.

It is versatile and the light always highlights its best side. In spring or summer we love its dense vegetation. Its lush trees bathe your photos in a gentle light. But autumn is the best time of year to appreciate it, with falling leaves giving it a wonderfully melancholic feel.

When it comes to photography, water is your friend for sure.

Climb aboard a boat and give a bucolic feel to your photo feed. Right in Paris, the lac de Vincennes lake reflects the daylight onto your face to impart a healthy glow. The added extra? The gentle breeze ruffling your hair.

6. Rue Crémieux

If you want to glam up your photo sharing account and send your followers to foreign climes, rue Crémieux is perfect.

They will love the purple, green and blue houses in this street. We love the chameleon look, so we ramp up the contrast, switch lenses and there we are on Burano Island in Venice.

The terrain Duperré basketball court is an ode to colour. You can capture the beauty of the place In a single shot.

It’s all about vivid colours, and you can play around with filters to highlight its bold hues. We love taking photos there during a game, to give our news feed a New York vibe

Photograph La Butte aux Cailles with your smartphone, because what with its vegetation and flashes of street art, you’ll need to play around with angles.

Looking down over the city of light, the Arc de Triomphe is THE spot to capture a top down view of Paris.

We love the idea of having a 360-degree panorama which allows us to play around with shooting angles. The bonus? In winter, the fog and cold can bring out the city’s beauty in black and white shots.
