What is my Rétrainspective?
My Rétrainspective is the annual event where we review all your train trips of the year… sprinkled with a touch of fun and quirkiness!
Every year, we do everything we can to bring you a completely renewed and original version.
And this year, we’re taking it even further by offering you a highly personalised review : one that is unique to every traveller.
Starting December 4th, we’re taking you on a personalised journey to discover your 2025 avatar. At each stage, your recap will reveal surprise accessories that reflect your travels throughout the year.
The illustrations were created by Maria do Rosário Frade, a talented artist from Lisbon now living in Paris. Her joyful style, dynamic lines, and vibrant colours give her work a playful, warm and subtly humorous atmosphere.

The personalised summary is based on a file of more than 180 million lines, compiling all train travel by eligible customers (excluding international journeys) from 1 January to 1 December 2025.
Your favourite routes correspond to those you travelled the most
How do we calculate CO₂ emissions for each journey?
The CO₂e footprint of each trip is estimated by multiplying the distance travelled by the average amount of CO₂e emitted per passenger per kilometre, depending on the type of train used.
How do we calculate avoided CO₂ emissions?
The CO₂ savings correspond to the difference between the CO₂ emitted for a train journey and for the same journey by car.
For car travel, the distance in kilometres is converted using the CO₂ emission factor of a car travelling 1 kilometre, with variations depending on the type of route and the average occupancy rate.
To learn more about how your personalised recap is calculated, you can consult the detailed explanation on the dedicated page.
