Logging in to your account is changing!

From 14 January 2026, biometric authentication will be available to enhance your experience and strengthen the security of your data.

For a faster, more secure connection, you can choose to activate facial (FaceID) or fingerprint (TouchID) recognition, depending on the compatibility of your phone or computer.

This change will result in automatic disconnection from your account. To access your travel information and e-tickets again, simply log in again with your usual login details, entering your e-mail address, your password and the verification code sent to your e-mail address, then follow the instructions to activate biometrics.

Once biometrics have been configured, you will no longer need to enter your password or the 6-digit verification code sent by e-mail to log in.

If you choose not to activate biometrics, you will still need to enter your password and the 6-digit verification code to log in and in the following cases:

  • Resetting a password
  • Creating an account
  • Changing e-mail address
