Offer valid for journeys made from Monday 14 December to Sunday 3 January, 2021 inclusive. Tickets are exchangeable and refundable free of charge (in the context of an exchange, the price difference is the responsibility of the customer). Avantage Adulte Card: Discount valid for the cardholder and one accompanying person (over 12 years old).

Accepted payment methods: euros in cash, French checks, Ticket Restaurant, Chèque Déjeuner, Chèque Service (with food mention), Swiss francs and US dollars (notes only), and selected credit cards (CB, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express).
The following are not accepted: Visa Electron, Monéo cards, and cards without a chip.
Ticket Restaurant, Chèque Déjeuner, and Chèque Service are accepted in paper format only.
No change is given for paper meal vouchers.

Eligibility for train tickets:
  • The train station of arrival must match the rental station. The ticket is valid for 24 hours from the train's arrival. Example: If you arrive at Paris Gare de Lyon on December 12 at 10:12, you can collect a car at the same station until December 13 at 10:11.
 
Key handover outside agency hours:
  • For key collection and contract handover outside of regular hours:
    • €9.99 for customers with a valid train ticket.
    • €19.99 for customers without a train ticket.
  • This service is not available at all Avis and Budget agencies.

  • Avis and Budget guarantee the lowest rates for all car rentals in mainland France.

  • Avis: Free cancellation up to 6 hours before pickup.
  • Budget: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup.
