The exchange is possible for another train on the same day, on the same route as the initial journey. It is possible to obtain a ticket for fully booked trains, but without a guarantee of a seat and within the maximum standing room limit available. Passengers may be refused Guaranteed Exchange on fully booked trains, especially in cases where overcrowding poses a risk to passenger safety. From 30 minutes before the departure of the initial train, the number of exchanges is limited to 1 per customer. Exchange is free of charge until 30 minutes after departure. Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable from 30 minutes after departure. THE LIBERTÉ RATE OF THE TGV INOUI CARTE LIBERTÉ ALLOWS FOR A DISCOUNT IN EUROPE Offer reserved for Liberté cardholders. Discount calculated for the Avantage rate, excluding additional paid services, on the 2nd or 1st class rate of the day on TGV INOUI trains to Luxembourg, Fribourg-en-Brisgau, and on TGV INOUI and ICE trains operated by DB-SNCF in cooperation; on the Standard or Standard 1st class rate of Lyria trains; on the Seconda or Prima (2nd or 1st class) rate of TGV France-Italy trains of the day. EXCHANGE AND REFUND OF A TICKET AT THE LIBERTÉ RATE Ticket refundable free of charge up to 30 minutes after departure. From 30 minutes before departure, only 1 exchange is possible. Tickets exchanged from 30 minutes before departure are non-refundable. The ticket is neither exchangeable nor refundable after 30 minutes after departure. EXCHANGE AND REFUND OF A TICKET AT THE AVANTAGE RATE Exchange and refund service offered free of charge up to 7 days before departure. From 6 days before departure, a fee of €19 per person per journey is applied to TGV INOUI, and 40% of the ticket price is retained, with a maximum retention of €15 on INTERCITÉS trains with mandatory reservations. 30 minutes before departure and up to departure, 1 exchange is possible (maximum) with the same fee as previously mentioned. Tickets exchanged within this time frame are non-refundable. The fee is applied only once, for journeys involving one or more connections. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after the train's departure, unless it has been made available again before departure. In the case of round-trip ticket purchases, once the outbound journey has been used and/or completed, the return journey cannot be canceled or refunded. Conditions of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal under articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, which allows the customer to change his or her mind within 14 days of the date of purchase of the card if he or she has not travelled with a discount offered by the Advantage card, applies. Thus, once the 14-day period has elapsed after purchase, the request for the right of withdrawal is no longer admissible and the card is no longer refundable even if the start date of the validity has not passed.
