Guide: how to change the language of the SNCF Connect app

For Android

To change the language of the SNCF Connect app:

  • From the SNCF Connect app, select "Account". Then, in the "Settings" section, select "App language".
  • Select "Open settings".
  • You will then be redirected to the SNCF Connect app settings on your phone.
  • Select your preferred language.
  • Return to the app: the language will have changed.  

For iOS

  • From the SNCF Connect app, select "Account". Then, in the "Settings" section, select "App language".
  • Select "Open settings".
  • You will then be redirected to the SNCF Connect app settings on your phone.
  • Under "Preferred language", choose your preferred language.
  • Return to the app: the language will have changed. 

If you dont see the setting "Preferred language" in the SNCF Connect app settings

You need to have at least 2 languages set up in your phone to see this setting. Before you can change the language of the SNCF Connect app, you will need to first add a language in your phone's general settings: 

  • Open the iOS native app "Settings", then go to "General" and scroll down to "Language and region" ;
  • In "Language and region", add the desired language and follow the instructions ;
  • Once the language has been added to your phone, follow the procedure described above to change the language of the SNCF Connect app.
