It is not possible to book a bike space for group offers.

Step-by-step booking

Go to the dedicated SNCF Group Travel website, log in or create an account and fill in the booking form by entering:

  • the journey;
  • desired dates;
  • the number of passengers per age group.

Please note: there must be a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 60 passengers. If your group is larger than 60 people, send your request using the dedicated form.

Once your search has been validated, you will be offered different availabilities. The price calendar offers you fares 3 days before and after the selected departure date. The cheapest journey of the day is displayed first.

Please note: if you are travelling with children aged 0-3, they will be seated at the same fare as children aged 4-11. If you want your child aged 0 to 3 to travel free of charge, do not enter a passenger aged 0 to 3 in your quote.

What discounts are available?

Benefit from discounts by booking for a group of at least 10 people.

They are calculated in relation to the "individual semi-flex price of the day":

  • 60% discount for children aged 4 to 12
  • 30% discount for young people aged 12 to 27
  • 10% discount for adults

Your children aged 0 to 3 (toddler fare) travel free without a seat, or benefit from the child fare if they require a seat.

How do i pay ?

Pay for your order in full by bank card or SEPA bank transfer on the website.

By bank card:

Pay for your booking with the following cards:

  • CB,
  • Visa,
  • Mastercard,
  • AMEX
  • Virtual card (this method of payment is not compatible with ticket collection at stations)

Pay securely with 3D Secure payment.

Payment in 3 or 4 instalments:

Payment in 3 or 4 instalments by card is a solution that allows you to pay for your order in 3 or 4 instalments debited from the account associated with your CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Bancontact payment card.

This payment method is available for all orders from €300 up to €3,000 for all carriers combined (TGV INOUI, OUIGO, INTERCITES, TER, Lyria, Eurostar (to England), Eurostar (to Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany) and buses (FlixBus and Blablabus).

How do I receive tickets?

Receive your e-tickets by email 11 days before your departure date:

  • One e-ticket per passenger (all group tickets are in the name of the companion)
  • A QR code which makes it possible to access the boarding gates
  • groups must always arrive 1 hour before the departure of their train
  • Your e-ticket can also be downloaded and reprinted online from D-11 in the "my group orders" section
  • Your e-ticket must be printed or downloaded to a mobile phone

Good to know

To receive proof of payment, contact the Groups After-Sales Service directly by e-mail: [email protected].
After your journey, your ticket serves as proof of travel. It is accepted as an accounting document.

Organising your trip

  • Arrange to meet your group 1 hour in advance at the welcome desk in the station.

    If you have connections, allow plenty of time to change.
    Consult the average connection times between Paris stations.

  • Thanks to online booking, your group is generally seated in the same carriage, although it may be seated in several carriages depending on availability on the train.

    You will find your seating details on your ticket. Don't hesitate to ask a station agent on the day of the trip.

  • Book your catering services after booking your tickets for your group trip.
    Order for a minimum of 10 people, and no later than 15 days before the date of the trip, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
    Choose between the meal tray service delivered on board TGV INOUI or INTERCITÉS trains in France, or the service at your seat, available on quote.

  • Take advantage of dedicated services for your group:

    transport of the group by coach from point A to the departure station and then from the arrival station to point B

    privatisation of a train just for your group.

    luggage delivered to the address of your choice by the door-to-door luggage service

    For these services, contact the SNCF Groups Agency using the request form.

  • Benefit from compensation under certain conditions:

    Your request must be made by the group organiser using the claim form.

    If your trip includes one or more connections, you could benefit from new specific rights in the event of disruption to your journey. To find out more, please visit this page.

  • Go to the "My group orders" section of the website to:

    • Pay for or cancel a held fare.
    • Remove passengers.
    • Cancel one or all the journeys in the trip.
    • Change the companion.
    • View your orders;

    by telephone: 0810 879 479 (€0.05 incl. tax/min. + call charge) from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm (excluding public holidays).

    Once you have purchased your trip, you can:

    add or remove a passenger

    change the date and destination of the trip

    If you change your trip, your group must still include a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 60 people. 
    If not, cancel your original booking.

    Changing or partially cancelling your trip will incur fees. (see fare terms and conditions in Article 8)

    For the refund of your trip:


    If you have modified your trip on the website, the refund will be made directly to the account of the card used or to the bank account linked to the transfer made to purchase the trip. 
    If the changes have been made by the after-sales service, the refund will be made to your bank account by providing your bank details.

    If your request is made after the departure of your train or if you are unable to cancel your ticket, request a refund from customer service using the form within 60 days.

    For TER refunds, apply using the TER form.
