In France, book tickets for groups on TGV INOUI, INTERCITÉS and a selection of TER destinations.
In Europe, book group tickets on ALLEO, TGV Lyria, SVI, TGV Province Bruxelles, Paris Luxembourg, and TGV INOUI to Spain.

TER sales without reservation for groups are available on our website.
It is not possible to reserve a bike space for group offers.
Book step by step
Go to the website dedicated to SNCF Group Travel, log in or create an account by entering:
- the journey;
- the desired dates;
- the number of passengers by age group.
Please note: the number of passengers must be at least 10.
If you are travelling with children from 0 to 3 years old, they will be seated at the same rate as children from 4 to 11 years old. If you want your child aged 0-3 to travel for free, do not include a passenger aged 0-3 in your quote.
What discounts are available?
Get discounts when booking for a group of at least 10 people.
They are calculated in relation to the "individual semi flex of the day" price:
- 60% discount for children from 4 to 12 years old
- 30% discount for young people from 12 to 27 years old
- 10% discount for adults
Your children from 0 to 3 years old (toddler fare) travel free of charge without a seat, or benefit from the child fare if they require a seat.
How to pay?
You can pay for your entire order by credit card or SEPA bank transfer on the website.
By credit card:
Pay for your reservation with the following cards:
- CB,
- Visa,
- Mastercard,
- AMEX
- Virtual card (this payment method is not compatible when collecting tickets at the station)
Pay securely with 3D Secure payment.

How do I receive tickets?
You will receive your tickets, 11 days before your departure, as an attachment to the email that will be sent to you.
- One e-ticket per passenger (all group tickets are in the name of the accompanying person)
- (the group must always arrive 1 hour before the departure of its train)
- Your e-ticket must be printed
Good to know
To receive a proof of payment, you can submit your request by filling in this contact form.
After your trip, your ticket serves as proof of travel and is accepted as an accounting document.

Thanks to online booking, your group is generally seated in the same carriage, although it may be seated in several carriages depending on availability on the train.
You will find your seating details on your ticket. Don't hesitate to ask a station agent on the day of the trip.

Take advantage of dedicated services for your group:
- Catering on board and at the seat
- the transport of the group by coach from point A to the station of departure and then from the station of arrival to point B
- the privatization of one or more cars or even an entire train only for your group.
- Luggage delivered to the address of your choice by the door-to-door baggage service
- Handling of your luggage from the group point at the station to your train.

Benefit from compensation under certain conditions:
Your request must be made by the group organiser using the claim form.
If your trip includes one or more connections, you could benefit from new specific rights in the event of disruption to your journey. To find out more, please visit this page.

For any request to change or cancel your trip, use the contact form If you change your trip, your group must always contain a minimum of 10 people.
If not, cancel your original booking.
Changing or partially cancelling your trip will incur a fee. (see Article 8 fare conditions)
For reimbursement of your trip:
The refund will be made directly to the payment method used at the time of payment.
If your request is made after your train has departed or you are unable to cancel your ticket, request a refund via the form with customer service within 60 days.
For TER refunds, make your request via the TER form.
