Tickets can be exchanged without fees up to 30 minutes after departure. Refunds are available without fees up to 30 minutes after departure at stations and shops in the departure locality. Starting 30 minutes before departure, exchanges are limited to 2 and are restricted to another train on the same day and route as the original journey. Tickets exchanged from 30 minutes before departure are non-refundable.
