Pets are permitted on TER FLUO trains. However, traveling with your companion is subject to a few conditions: 

• If your pet weighs under 6 kg, it must travel in a bag or carrier no larger than 45×30×25 cm.
• If your pet weighs over 6 kg, it must be muzzled throughout the journey and travel at your feet. You will also need to purchase a ticket costing 50% of a standard 2nd-class fare.

Traditional folding bikes are accepted on TER FLUO trains: designated spaces are available. However, it is recommended to avoid peak hours due to limited space. If you can, choose off-peak times to bring your bike on Grand Est TER services.

Filing a complaint with SNCF is easy: Simply go to the SNCF Connect site or app after your journey on TER Grand Est. You can submit a request regarding a lost or forgotten item, a delay or a received fine.
