Travel with TER Bourgogne-Franche-Comté

The region and SNCF offer several TRAIN Mobigo passes for both regular and occasional travel: The Mobigo Flex Quotidien Pass, which allows unlimited travel on a defined route and up to 80% off the standard fare. The Mobigo Flex Quotidien + Bus Pass, for unlimited travel by TER and regional public transport, with 80% off TER and 50% off bus and tram fares. The monthly or weekly TRAIN Mobigo Pass, valid for unlimited travel over 1 month (or 7 days), with up to 80% off your TER ticket. The monthly TER + Bus Pass, for unlimited travel on both TER and your chosen local public transport network, offering 80% off TER fares and 50% off bus or tram tickets. Note: For just €20 per year, the TRAIN Mobigo + card gives you up to 60% off weekend tickets (and 30% off weekday tickets). Cross-border travelers can also benefit from discounts thanks to TER France/Switzerland passes.

Students can benefit from reduced fares when travelling with TRAIN Mobigo. Available passes for under travelers under the age of 26 include: the Mobigo -26 ans Pass, for unlimited travel on a defined route with up to 80% off the standard fare; the Mobigo -26 ans + Bus Pass, valid for the region’s public transport network, offering 50% off all journeys in addition to the discount on the Mobigo Pass itself; the Monthly or Weekly Jeunes -26 Pass, for unlimited travel over one month (or 7 days), with 80% off your TER tickets; the Monthly Jeunes -26 + Bus Pass, which also includes 50% off all regional public transport journeys

There are several great offers to help you travel with TRAIN Mobigo at low cost:

• TER youth fare for under-26s: If you are a student or under 26, you can get 50% off TER tickets all year round—no discount card needed.
• TER special deals: Tickets are capped at €2, €5 or €12 for all TRAIN Mobigo journeys or those departing from Paris. Fixed fares for children aged 4 to 12: €2

You can buy your TRAIN Mobigo tickets on the SNCF Connect website or app. Just enter your departure and arrival stations along with your travel date.

You can travel with your bike on TRAIN Mobigo services with no reservation required. However, it is best to avoid busy trains and to opt for a folding bike when possible. 

On Paris–Dijon, Paris–Mâcon and Paris–Morvan routes, bike reservations are required. However, TER pass holders are exempt.

Good news: Pets are allowed on TRAIN Mobigo services. Their ticket price depends on your journey: €2.50, €5.50 or €7.50. 

For example: 

• for a journey on TER Montbéliard–Belfort, the price will be €2.50;
• for a journey on TER Besançon–Dijon, the price will be €5.50
• for a journey on TER Mâcon–Dijon, the price will be €7.50. I

f your pet weighs less than 6 kg, it must travel in a bag or pet carrier placed at your feet or on your lap. If your pet weighs over 6 kg, it must stay at your feet and be muzzled. Note: TRAIN Mobigo fares do not apply to inter-regional journeys or those to Paris.
