Futuroscope Station

Futuroscope station is a railway station located in Chasseneuil-du-Poitou in the Vienne department, near Poitiers.

Its main purpose is to provide direct access to the Futuroscope park, one of France's leading leisure parks, focused on science and technology. A footbridge leads directly to the park entrance. The station has a building where you can wait for your train in peace.

Getting to Futuroscope station

Futuroscope station has the advantage of being very easy to reach by bus on the Vitalis urban network. You can also get there by coach on lines of the Vienne interurban network.

The SNCF station was created to make it easier for passengers to reach the Futuroscope theme park (visited by nearly 2 million people every year), which includes both the theme park and its technology park. High-speed trains and regional trains on the TER Nouvelle-Aquitaine network run here all year round.

Futuroscope station offers national and regional connections to ensure better access to the park at all times. You can take a TGV INOUI running between Paris-Montparnasse and Poitiers stations. For regional services, you can use the journeys available on the TER network. Many trains run from the station to Poitiers and Châtellerault, with extensions to Angoulême and Tours.
