  • MAX ACTIF

    MAX ACTIF will meet your needs if you make between 2 and 3 return journeys a week on the TGV INOUI lines!

    • This subscription allows you to travel on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only.
    • It entitles you to 250 free bookings a year*: if you make between 2 and 3 return journeys a week, this subscription is for you.
  • MAX ACTIF+

    MAX ACTIF+ is for you if you travel daily or almost daily on direct TGV INOUI lines.

    • It allows you to make between 4 and 5 return trips per week, including weekends.
    • You are entitled to 450 free bookings per year **

* If you have used up all your 250 bookings, you will not be able to purchase more packs.

**If you have used your 450 bookings, you can request a pack of 50 additional bookings once a year using the contact form in the MAX area.

To take out a new subscription or renew it
 

The subscription can start from the day of subscription. However, you can choose to have it start the following month or the month after that.

To comply with the regulations, you must travel with your subscription card in pdf format, issued in your dedicated area after subscribing, and a valid ticket must always be presented when checked at stations or on board trains.

The validity of MAX ACTIF+ is subject, on the one hand, to this presentation and, on the other, to possession of a booking for the train taken.

The inspector may ask to see the confirmation text message.

If you are unable to show this subscription card, or if you do not have a booking for the train you are taking, or if you are travelling in 1st class with a subscription valid for 2nd class, you are in breach of the regulations. In this case, you will be subject to regularisation, resulting in the payment of compensation, in accordance with the SNCF Mobilités regulations in force.

  • You can book all TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS trains free of charge on all eligible subscription routes.

    Depending on the region and subject to acceptance by the region concerned, the MAX ACTIF+ subscription may be valid on TER trains, without making a booking.

  • The employer generally covers the cost of transport, within certain limits and subject to certain conditions.

    To take advantage of this, contact your company. A certificate is available in your customer area to serve as proof.

    If you are paying for your subscription as a company, the exact title of the company name, as shown on the KBIS (company registration certificate), must be provided at the time of subscription.

  • You have access to a dedicated MAX ACTIF / MAX ACTIF+ customer service which you can contact via the contact form or by telephone on 09 70 60 99 80 from Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm.

    You can access the loyalty programme and Grand Voyageur le Club status. To benefit, you must accept the programme's general terms and conditions of use, which are set out in the e-mail sent to you automatically when you subscribe. Find out more about the benefits

  • With the Proactive Guarantee, you can keep track of your delays and collect points on your Grand voyageur account automatically.

    You'll also earn points prime for every purchase you make at SNCF. These points can be used to buy vouchers, €200 reductions on your MAX ACTIF+ subscription and prime tickets.

    If you haven't registered yet, here's the procedure to follow:
    From the Mon espace TGV INOUI website: log in by entering your loyalty card number and password, click on the "your programme" tab then, in the "your programme in brief" table, click on "the G30 Proactive", "Find out more" then "register".
    The points you earn are valid for 3 years from the date they are acquired.

  • You can suspend your subscription at any time, with official proof, in the cases set out in the MAX ACTIF+ General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

    This request must be sent to the MAX ACTIF+ customer service via the request form accessible from your customer area at least 5 days before the following month to be taken into account from the 1st day of the following month. Suspension during the month is not possible.

    The suspension request may be refused if your subscription has unresolved payment incidents at the time of the request.

    Suspension of MAX ACTIF+ can last between 2 and 12 months.

     

  • You retain your benefits linked to the length of time you have been subscribed if you take out a new MAX ACTIF+ subscription within 12 months of your cancellation, or if you buy at least 9 monthly Forfait coupons during the year.

  • The MAX ACTIF+ subscription is for one year (or 12 monthly instalments).

    The monthly direct debit subscription is renewed tacitly on the anniversary date of the contract. 30 days before the anniversary date of the contract, an e-mail will be sent to you inviting you, if you wish, to inform SNCF Voyageurs by e-mail using the request form available in your personal area of your wish to cancel the contract on its expiry date.

    If you wish to cancel, you must make your request at least 5 days before the expiry (billing) date of your subscription.

    If you have taken out a subscription with cash payment, this will be cancelled on the anniversary date. To extend your subscription at the end of the 12 months, you will need to take out a new subscription.

    At the end of your subscription, if you do not use up all your bookings, they will be lost and cannot be reused on a new MAX ACTIF+ subscription.

  • To cancel your bookings, all you have to do is go to your customer area, to the Bookings tab, select the trip you wish to cancel or change and follow the instructions.

    MAX ACTIF+ services allow you to cancel your bookings free of charge. Once you have cancelled a booking, it is not lost, and is automatically credited back to your booking counter.

    If you encounter a problem, you can contact your customer relations centre, indicating the booking(s) (Travel File) concerned.

  • You must cancel your MAX ACTIF+ subscription and re-subscribe to the MAX ACTIF offer. If you are still within your commitment period (subscription completed less than 12 months ago), you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 monthly instalment. Your cancellation request must be made no later than 5 days before the end of the month.

    If you have a MAX ACTIF+ subscription, you can also switch to MAX ACTIF by following the above deadlines. However, the sliding scale of charges linked to your subscription and acquired with Mon Forfait Annuel will not be transferred to MAX ACTIF.

  • Yes, that's possible. The new MAX ACTIF+ offer completes our range of subscriptions for our commuter customers.

    You can take out your subscription at any time by clicking here. To do this, you must cancel your MAX ACTIF subscription and re-subscribe to the MAX ACTIF+ offer.

  • With your MAX ACTIF subscription, you can take INTERCITÉS trains on the same route.

    In all regions, access to TER trains is not authorised with a MAX ACTIF subscription, as mentioned in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

  • You can access the Grand Voyageur Le Club loyalty programme and status.
