How can I join the Grand Voyageur loyalty programme?
You are invited by email to join the Grand Voyageur program:
once you have spent a certain amount and are the holder of a valid discount card,
or if you are the holder of a Liberté card or a MAX ACTIF subscription.
Good to know: you must have previously agreed to receive Grand Voyageur program communications. To do so, log in to your TGV INOUI customer area, click on your first name in the top right-hand corner and then on the "My communications" tab. You will have 2 months to accept the invitation once you receive the email.
The invitation is sent on the basis of spending recorded over the last 12 months on the following products:
Avantage cards, Liberté card, Forfait subscriptions, MAX subscriptions;
tickets costing more than €9 or at the Forfait fare on TGV INOUI, INTERCITÉS, OUIGO (excluding TER, Transilien) and international routes*.
Once you've joined the program, you'll receive your loyalty card by email, and your physical card will be sent to your address within 3 weeks.
*International train tickets distributed in SNCF-approved stations, shops or agencies are included: provided that the journey includes at least one station in France (arrival or departure in France) with TGV Lyria, DB SNCF Voyageurs en coopération, Eurostar (TGV Paris - Luxembourg between France and Luxembourg, TGV Brussels - Provinces between France and Belgium, TGV France - Italy between France and Italy, TGV Geneva between Switzerland and France and TGV France - Spain between France and Spain.
The status and benefits of the Grand Voyageur programme
As a Grand Voyageur member, you'll enjoy a host of benefits:
- You can use your Points Prime (reward points) to buy train tickets, discounts or make donations to environmental charities.
- Discounts on TGV INOUI services: Mes Bagages, JUNIOR & Cie, Le Bar TGV INOUI.
- A dedicated hotline on 0 808 808 330 is available every day from 8am to 8pm.
- Personalised offers sent by e-mail throughout the year.
With Grand Voyageur Le club status, you also benefit from:
- Access to the Grand Voyageur TGV INOUI Lounges: reception and ticket exchange point, Wi-Fi, comfortable desks and seats, coffee and tea, newspapers and magazines, digital press, etc.
- The Guaranteed Exchange service, applicable to all your exchangeable fares.
- The dedicated line on 0 808 808 330, every day from 7am to 8pm.
- Special offers from a number of partners: Avis, Effia, Delsey, Center Parcs, etc.
Using Points Prime
Each time you travel or make a purchase, you earn Points Prime. You can use them to buy tickets for yourself or your loved ones, get discounts on TGV INOUI services or make donations to charities.
These Points Prime are valid for 3 years from the date they are added to your counter, except for certain one-off offers for which the period of validity of the Points Prime will be specified. They can be earned on:
- Journeys costing more than €9 made in France with TGV INOUI, INTERCITÉS (excluding TER, Transilien, OUIGO) and international journeys;
- The purchase of an Avantage or Liberté card, a Forfait or MAX subscription;
- The Bar TGV INOUI online ordering service.

As a member of the loyalty programme, you have a dedicated Customer Area where you can:
- Find your loyalty benefits and services.
- View your points balance and order your Prime (rewards).
- Find your past and future journeys.
- Print out proof of travel documents.
- Make your discount card virtual.
- Access your discounts.
- Manage your personal information.

To earn Points Prime, your loyalty card number must be given when you book.
All you have to do is log in to your customer account and your card will automatically be taken into account when you book. If this is not the case, save it in the "Account" section under the "Your discount and loyalty cards" tab.
Your loyalty card has been registered but you are not earning any Points Prime? Contact the Fidélité SNCF Voyageurs customer service via the online form or by telephone via the line reserved for members of the Grand Voyageur programme on 0808 808 330 (free service + call charge).

Your OUIGO journeys are included in your Status counter, giving you access to Grand Voyageur Le Club status. But you won't earn Points Prime.

- The email received following the invitation to join the Grand Voyageur programme.
- Your customer account on the SNCF Connect website and app.
- Your dedicated area on the Mon espace TGV INOUI website.
