How can I access the Grand Voyageur TGV INOUI Lounges?

Access to the Grand Voyageur TGV INOUI Lounges in stations is offered with:

your Business Première ticket,
your ticket at the Liberté Première fare,
your ticket at the Flex Première fare,
your Première subscription,
your military personnel or equivalent fare with a Business Première ticket for that day,
your loyalty card with Grand Voyageur Le Club status,
your Eurostar Carte Blanche.

Please note: passengers must have their ticket for that day with them.

The Grand Voyageur TGV INOUI Lounge is a premium area, ideal for relaxing and working. Each lounge offers the following services:

The INTERCITÉS Pro lounge is located at Paris Bercy on level +1 near the waiting room. It is reserved for INTERCITÉS customers.

Your service provider, La conciergerie Solidaire, welcomes you Monday to Saturday from 06:30am to 7:00pm, excluding public holidays.

To be allowed to access the lounge, you must be a member of the Grand Voyageur Program:

Grand Voyageur Plus loyalty card with a 1st or 2nd class INTERCITÉS ticket for that day
Grand Voyageur Le Club loyalty card with a 1st or 2nd class INTERCITÉS ticket for that day
Service T loyalty card
