This date must fall within a maximum period of 5 months from the card purchase date, inclusive. If the purchase is made after the 27th birthday, the validity period will therefore be less than one year.

Discounts apply to journeys within France. Where eligibility for the Avantage fare is subject to travelling with a child or an infant (a child under 4 years old), that child or infant must be present during the onboard ticket inspection. Any accompanying passenger (adult or child) who has benefited from a discount linked to the carte Avantage fare must travel with the holder of the relevant carte Avantage.

The carte Avantage provides a 15% discount on Ma Location Avis, Mes Bagages, onboard catering, and Junior & Cie services. Offers are subject to conditions. Further information on available services can be found on sncf-voyageurs.com. Mes Bagages 15% discount on the Mes Bagages service when booked with a carte Avantage. Offer valid from the first item of luggage (excluding wheelchairs) when booked online (mesbagages.sncf-connect.com), by phone via 3635 (free service + call charges), and at stations and SNCF retail outlets. Onboard catering 15% discount on all meal deals and menus for the carte Avantage holder and one accompanying adult (aged 12 and over) with the carte Avantage Adulte. The discount is granted upon presentation of a valid TGV INOUI card in your name (no limit on the number of visits to the TGV INOUI Bistro). For accompanying children up to 11 years old: exclusive “Avantage Snack” offer (pure apple juice or still water, plus a dessert or sweet treat of choice) at a price of €5, in the presence of the child or upon presentation of their ticket. CAPPED FARES

Capped fares on TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS routes (within France, in 2nd class, for daytime travel and seated overnight journeys), available with the carte Avantage, were guaranteed until 31/08/2024. However, these fares currently remain in effect. Calculated based on the average observed duration of a direct journey (without connections), the capped fares are as follows: • €49 incl. VAT: maximum fare for journeys of less than 1h30, • €69 incl. VAT: maximum fare for journeys between 1h30 and 3h, • €89 incl. VAT: maximum fare for journeys over 3h within France in 2nd class. Fares booked under the capped fare scheme are guaranteed up to the train’s departure, provided that the original booking is not modified by the customer.

Discounts on TER services

On TER services, the card entitles holders to a discount of 25%, 30% or 50%, depending on the region and the travel calendar, guaranteed all year round, provided that it is accepted by the regional transport authority within its area of validity. Further information is available on the regional TER websites.

DISCOUNTS IN EUROPE

The carte Avantage is valid for journeys in France and across Europe. This offer is reserved for carte Avantage holders, and for one accompanying passenger aged over 12 for holders of the carte Avantage Adulte 27–59. The discount is calculated excluding additional paid services: • on the standard 2nd or 1st class fare of the day for TGV INOUI services to Luxembourg, Freiburg im Breisgau, Brussels, Italy and Spain, and on TGV INOUI and ICE services operated by DB-SNCF VOYAGEURS in cooperation to Germany, • on the ESSENTIAL 2nd and 1st class fare for TGV INOUI services to Spain, • on the STANDARD or PREMIÈRE fare for TGV Lyria services. The offer is valid for one accompanying adult and child for holders of the carte Avantage Adulte 27–59.

NO FLEX FARES

The card gives access to NO FLEX last-minute offers. This offer is available on a last-minute basis for TGV INOUI, INTERCITÉS with compulsory seat reservation, and INTERCITÉS without compulsory seat reservation services. It is reserved for the carte Avantage holder and up to 3 accompanying children aged 4 to 11 inclusive, provided they travel on the same train and in the same class. The purchase of NO FLEX tickets for the holder and accompanying passengers must be made at the same time. The NO FLEX offer is available on a selection of destinations in France and Europe, on certain days and on certain trains, subject to availability. This offer cannot be combined with any other current promotion or reduced SNCF fare or European partner fare. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND FOR TICKETS PURCHASED USING A CARTE AVANTAGE TGV INOUI

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOLLOWING THE PURCHASE A CARTE AVANTAGE TGV INOUI

The right of withdrawal specified in Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code allows customers to change their minds about the purchase of the card within 14 days of its purchase date, as long as they have not already travelled for the discounted price offered by the carte Avantage. After this 14-day period, the right to withdrawal is no longer admissible and the purchase of the card can no longer be refunded, even if its start date has not yet begun.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOLLOWING THE PURCHASE OF A CARTE AVANTAGE

The right of withdrawal, as set out in Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, allowing customers to change their mind within 14 days of the card purchase date, applies provided that the customer has not travelled using a discount granted by the carte Avantage. After this 14-day period following purchase, requests to exercise the right of withdrawal are no longer admissible, and the card is no longer refundable, even if its validity start date has not yet begun.

(3) Carte Avantage Adulte TGV INOUI

(1) PRICE OF THE CARTE AVANTAGE ADULTE: €49

Card reserved for anyone aged 27 or over and up to the day before their 60th birthday at the time of activation (the card remains valid for 1 year). Price of the carte Avantage Adulte (ages 27–59): €49. Price effective as of 01/07/2024, excluding promotions. Validity period: one year from the start date selected by the customer at the time of purchase. This date must be within a maximum period of 5 months from the purchase date of the card, inclusive.

Terms of use

If eligibility for the Avantage fare is conditional on travelling with a child or infant, the latter must be present and hold a valid transport ticket (child companion ticket or infant fare) during onboard inspection. Any accompanying passenger (adult or child) who has benefited from a discount linked to the carte Avantage fare must travel with the holder of the corresponding carte Avantage. Offer reserved for carte Avantage holders. The carte Avantage entitles the holder and one accompanying adult aged over 12 to a 30% discount: on one-way journeys every day when the holder is travelling with an infant (under 4) or a child (aged 4 to 11 inclusive), on one-way journeys on Saturdays or Sundays, on return journeys including at least one night of Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The maximum interval between the outbound and return journeys is 61 days and cannot be extended in the event of an exchange.

(2) 30% DISCOUNT FOR ADULTS

The carte Avantage Adulte entitles the holder and one accompanying passenger aged over 12 to a 30% discount: on one-way journeys every day when the holder is travelling with an infant (under 4) or a child (aged 4 to 11 inclusive), on one-way journeys on Saturdays or Sundays, on return journeys including at least one night of Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The maximum interval between the outbound and return journeys is 61 days and cannot be extended in the event of an exchange. Offer reserved for carte Avantage holders. The discount is calculated, excluding paid additional services, on Second and First Class fares, including full fares, for reservation-required trains (TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS, excluding OUIGO), and on the “Normal” fare for INTERCITÉS trains without mandatory reservation for tickets valid for one day. Discounts apply within France. For return journeys including TER services, symmetry between the outbound and return journeys (same departure and arrival stations) may be required in certain regions to benefit from the carte Avantage Adulte discount. For example: TGV INOUI + TER on the outbound journey (TER departing from station A and arriving at station B), then TER + TGV INOUI on the return journey (TER departing from station B and arriving at station A). If eligibility for the Avantage fare is conditional on travelling with a child or infant, the latter must be present and hold a valid transport ticket (child companion ticket or infant fare) during onboard inspection. Any accompanying adult benefiting from a discount linked to the carte Avantage fare must travel with the holder of the corresponding carte Avantage. The accompanying adult’s ticket must be purchased at the same time as the carte Avantage Adulte holder’s ticket.

(6) CARD PAYBACK FROM THE 3RD JOURNEY

Payback observed from the third journey (a one-way trip from an initial departure point to a final destination), based on the discounts applied to carte Avantage holders (Jeune, Adulte or Senior) and their potential accompanying passengers (pro rata of accompanied journeys), in First and Second Class, across all TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS destinations (excluding TER), between 01/01/2024 and 31/12/2024. Card price of €49 incl. VAT effective as of 01/01/2025.

DISCOUNTS ON TER

On TER services, the card entitles holders to a discount of 25%, 30% or 50%, depending on the region and the travel calendar. Tickets exchanged within this time frame are non-refundable. The fee is applied only once, for journeys involving one or more connections. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after the train's departure, unless it has been made available again before departure. In the case of round-trip ticket purchases, once the outbound journey has been used and/or completed, the return journey cannot be canceled or refunded.

NO FLEX FARES

The card provides access to last-minute NO FLEX offers. This offer is available on TGV INOUI, INTERCITÉS with mandatory reservation, and INTERCITÉS without mandatory reservation services. Offer reserved for the carte Avantage holder, one accompanying adult and up to three accompanying children aged 4 to 11 inclusive, provided they travel on the same train and in the same class. Tickets for NO FLEX fares for the holder and accompanying passengers must be purchased simultaneously. The NO FLEX offer is available on a selection of destinations in France and across Europe, on specific days and trains, subject to availability. This offer cannot be combined with any other current promotion or reduced fare from SNCF or European partners. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS OF CARTE AVANTAGE ADULTE RETURN TICKETS Initial booking eligible for the Avantage Adulte discount: If exchanging one leg results in the loss of eligibility for the carte Avantage Adulte discount, the exchanged ticket is recalculated at the fare applicable on the day of exchange. The unchanged ticket (for a future or already completed journey) is repriced at the full fare (without discount) applicable on the original purchase date. If cancelling one leg results in the loss of eligibility for the carte Avantage Adulte discount, the cancelled ticket is refunded. The unchanged ticket (for a future or already completed journey) is repriced at the full fare (without discount) applicable on the original purchase date and deducted from the total refund amount. If the repriced amount exceeds the refund, no further action is taken. Initial booking not eligible for the Avantage Adulte discount: If exchanging a return journey makes it eligible for the carte Avantage Adulte discount, the exchanged ticket (outbound or return) will benefit from the Avantage discount. The unchanged ticket (for a future or already completed journey) will not benefit from the Avantage discount.

CAPPED PRICES

Capped prices on TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS routes (within France, in Second Class, for daytime travel and/or seated overnight travel), available with the carte Avantage, were guaranteed until 31/08/2024. However, these prices currently remain in effect. Calculated based on the average journey time observed for a direct trip (without connections), the capped prices are as follows: €49 incl. VAT: maximum price guaranteed for a journey of less than 1h30, €69 incl. VAT: maximum price guaranteed for a journey between 1h30 and 3h, €89 incl. VAT: maximum price guaranteed for a journey of more than 3h within France in Second Class. The price of tickets booked with the capped fare benefit is guaranteed until the train’s departure, provided that the original booking is not modified by the customer.

(5) CARD PAYBACK FROM THE 3RD JOURNEY

Payback observed from the third journey (a one-way trip from an initial departure point to a final destination), based on the discounts applied to carte Avantage holders (Jeune, Adulte or Senior) and their potential accompanying passengers (pro rata of accompanied journeys), in First and Second Class, across all TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS destinations (excluding TER), between 01/01/2024 and 31/12/2024. Card price of €49 incl. VAT effective as of 01/01/2025.

DISCOUNTS ON TER

On TER services, the card entitles holders to discounts of 25%, 30% or 50%, depending on the region and the travel calendar. These discounts are guaranteed all year round, provided the card is accepted by the regional transport authority within its network. Information is available on regional TER websites.

DISCOUNTS IN EUROPE

The carte Avantage is valid for travel in France and across Europe. Offer reserved for carte Avantage holders, and for one accompanying passenger aged over 12 for holders of the carte Avantage Adulte 27–59. The discount is calculated excluding paid additional services: on the Second or First Class fare of the day on TGV INOUI services to Luxembourg, Freiburg im Breisgau, Brussels, Italy and Spain, and on TGV INOUI and ICE services operated by DB-SNCF VOYAGEURS in cooperation to Germany, on the ESSENTIAL Second and First Class fare on TGV INOUI services to Spain, on the STANDARD or PREMIÈRE fare on TGV Lyria services. Offer valid for one accompanying adult and one accompanying child for holders of the carte Avantage Adulte 27–59.

NO FLEX FARES

The card provides access to last-minute NO FLEX offers. This last-minute offer is available on TGV INOUI, INTERCITÉS with mandatory reservation and INTERCITÉS without mandatory reservation services. Offer reserved for the carte Avantage holder and up to three accompanying children aged 4 to 11 inclusive, provided they travel on the same train and in the same class. NO FLEX tickets for the holder and accompanying passengers must be purchased simultaneously. The NO FLEX offer is available on a selection of destinations in France and across Europe, on certain days and on certain trains, subject to availability. This offer cannot be combined with any other current promotion or reduced fare from SNCF or European partners. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS FOR AVANTAGE FARE TICKETS

Exchange and refund conditions for a ticket booked with the carte Avantage on TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS services with mandatory reservation. Exchange and refund services are provided free of charge up to 7 days inclusive before departure. From 6 days before departure, a fee of €19 per person per journey applies on TGV INOUI, and 40% of the ticket price, capped at €15, applies on INTERCITÉS with mandatory reservation. From 30 minutes before departure and until departure, one exchange is permitted, subject to the same fee as stated above. Tickets exchanged within this timeframe are non-refundable. The fee is applied only once for journeys including one or more connections. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after the train’s departure, unless they have been made available again before departure.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOLLOWING THE PURCHASE OF A CARTE AVANTAGE

The right of withdrawal under Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code applies, allowing the customer to change their mind within 14 days of the card purchase date, provided that they have not travelled using a discount granted by the carte Avantage. Accordingly, once 14 days have passed after purchase, any request to exercise the right of withdrawal is no longer admissible, and the card is no longer refundable, even if its validity start date has not yet begun.

The traveller may be refused the Guaranteed Exchange on a full train, particularly in cases of overload endangering passenger safety. From 30 minutes before the departure of the initial train, the number of exchanges is limited to one per customer. Exchange without fees up to 30 minutes after departure. Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable from 30 minutes after departure. Travelers holding a Liberté ticket with a Carte Liberté benefit from an easy exchange on the day of departure on OUIGO trains without fees, only on the day of departure and on the same itinerary using the TGV INOUI PRO app. Once the ticket is exchanged for a OUIGO train, the traveler is subject to OUIGO General Conditions of Sale. The OUIGO ticket is non‑exchangeable and non‑refundable. (7) EXCHANGE AND REFUND OF A TICKET AT THE AVANTAGE FARE PURCHASED WITH THE CARTE Liberté Exchange and refund service offered free up to and including 7 days before departure (excluding non‑exchangeable and non‑refundable tickets). From 6 days before departure, a €19 per person per journey retention applies on TGV INOUI and 40% of the ticket price with a maximum retention of €15 on INTERCITÉS with required reservation. 30 minutes before departure until departure, one exchange possible with the same retention as stated above. Initial reservation eligible for the Avantage Adulte discount: • If exchanging one of the two journeys results in losing this Avantage discount condition, the exchanged ticket is re‑priced at the exchange date fare. The unchanged ticket (corresponding to a future or already completed journey) is re‑invoiced at the non‑discounted fare of the original ticket purchase date. • If cancelling one of the two journeys results in losing this Avantage discount condition, the cancelled ticket is refunded. (8) THE AVANTAGE FARE OF THE CARTE Liberté ALLOWS A 30% DISCOUNT FOR THE HOLDER AND AN ACCOMPANYING ADULT 30% discount valid for the cardholder and an accompanying adult over 12 years: ‑ on one‑way journeys every day when the cardholder travels with a toddler (under 4 years) or a child (4 to 11 years inclusive) ‑ on one‑way journeys on Saturday or Sunday ‑ on round‑trip journeys including at least the night of Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. The maximum period between the outbound and return journeys is 61 days and cannot be extended in case of exchange.
