Before buying a TER Hauts-de-France Pass for students without a scholarship, check your student rights on the TER Hauts-de-France website. To be eligible for this fare, you must meet the following conditions: - be a student or apprentice - be under 26 years old on the date of application - live in Hauts-de-France Your student rights will be included on the Pass Pass card once your application has been accepted.
Two optional options
- High Speed: for travels on the Krono + GV high speed TER lines, consider buying the weekly High Speed option at €12 in addition to your subscription plan. - Coastal urban pass: to combine your TER pass with your bus pass from the Marinéo partner network.
Travel in order
When travelling, show the conductor your subscription plan and your Pass Pass card to check that you qualify for the fare.

Valid 1 month from the beginning of validity Up to 88% discount* on 2 trips * Discount calculated on the basis of 40 trips of 50km per month. Conditions of access to the offer: Be under 26 years old on the date of application for the student right, reside in the Hauts-de-France region, study, do an internship or apprenticeship of more than 4 weeks in the Hauts-de-France or Île de France regions or the departments of Ardennes, Aube, Eure, Haute-Marne, Marne and Seine-Maritime. Before buying the pass, apply for your student pass on the TER Hauts-de-France website. Once your application has been accepted, your student entitlement will be recorded on the Pass card, which you will need to present when you travel in addition to your season ticket. Exchange and refund conditions: - Refundable at the ticket office up to the day before the start date of validity without charge. - Non-exchangeable and non-refundable on the day the pass is valid. - Refundable at the CRC on a pro rata basis after the start of validity with proof of illness or death.
