Your eligibility for the G30 offer

you were on a TGV or an INTERCITES,

 train was over 30 min late

and your train was over 30 minutes late

 and whatever the type of ticket you had

  1. Make sure you have your reference number (DV number) and go to the online form.

  2. You will receive a first email to confirm that your request has been taken care of.

  3. Within 24 to 48 hours, you'll reveice a second email informing you of the amount of your compensation.

  4. In the following days, your Voucher will be sent to you by email. This voucher can be use immediately!
