Protecting your privacy is an essential priority, and we use this data to provide you with the products you buy on our sites. Otherwise, you would not be able to buy your tickets and subscriptions!

This confidentiality charter applies to all SNCF Connect sites, mobile applications and services (hereinafter "SNCF Connect services").

SNCF Connect is a company independent of SNCF Voyageurs, and both companies are responsible for their own processing of personal data. SNCF Connect's corporate purpose is the distribution of tickets and passenger information, which are the subject of its own processing operations, governed by this confidentiality charter.
