If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the first working day thereafter. In the event that the season ticket holder has made journeys prior to their request for withdrawal, and even if the 14-day statutory withdrawal period is respected, the use of the right of withdrawal cannot be considered to be in good faith.
