Terms and conditions of the offer
The MAX ACTIF season ticket is offered on a limited and pre-defined list of journeys. You can view routes and prices at https://www.sncf-voyageurs.com/medias-publics/2023-12/cgv-max-actif.pdf. The season ticket can be used for journeys in France, from Monday to Thursday, on TGV and TGV INOUI trains (excluding OUIGO and TER) and, if necessary, on INTERCITÉS trains (with or without booking required) on TGV INOUI lines, within the limit of the 250 seats allocated, for 2 journeys per day. This season ticket does not allow you to purchase booking packs once those 250 bookings have been made. Journeys must be at least two hours apart on departure or arrival for stations in the same route zone. Season tickets are personal and non-transferable. Free booking required before any journey with a MAX ACTIF season ticket (except on INTERCITÉS where booking is not required). The season ticket must be shown at all on-board checks. Season ticket for an initial period of 12 months, with an additional monthly instalment deducted in the event of early termination before 12 months. After 12 months, the season ticket is tacitly renewed for a further 12 months. There is no charge for cancelling the season ticket after the initial 12-month period. The adaptations offered to former E-FORFAIT customers on the MAX ACTIF+ product are not renewed on the MAX ACTIF season ticket.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the statutory provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision or pay any penalty. In the event that you have made journeys prior to your request for withdrawal, and even if the legal 14-day withdrawal period is respected, the use of the right of withdrawal cannot be considered to have been made in good faith. Requests for withdrawal must be made in writing (by post using the form available in the appendix to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale) or via the contact form accessible from the MAX space (https://www.maxactif-tgvinoui.sncf/sncf-connect/).
