Hard to find your way in Paris? Can't place the 9th arrondissement or the 11th arrondissement on a map? A little tip to help you: the boroughs are in fact organized according to the shape of a snail shell! The 1st is in the center and then you have to count the 2nd just above then the 3rd on the right and the 4th just below and continue so on by deploying a circle. Not stupid !
