You can now obtain a proof of purchase for your orders made on SNCF Connect! This proof confirms that you have made a payment for an order. It is available after you have finalized your purchase up to 13 months after the arrival date of your trip
How to download your proof of purchase?
You can access your proof from the order confirmation page once you have validated your purchase.
You can also obtain your proof in the "Tickets" section. To do this, click on "Manage booking" and then on "Proofs of purchase and travel". Then click on "Get the proof by e-mail" and enter your e-mail address. You can download your proof in PDF format from the e-mail you receive.

Click on "Get the proof by e-mail" and enter the desired e-mail address (by default the address associated with the account will be entered).

Receipt of your proof of purchase by email
The proof of purchase is directly attached to the email in PDF format.
In France, VAT is not recoverable on transport services. Therefore, SNCF Connect does not include it in the proof.
Receive your proof of purchase automatically
You can choose to receive your business receipts automatically by activating the function in your pro area, under “Purchases”, then “Purchase receipt settings”.
Invoice for TGV journeys between France and Spain
For international journeys between Spain and France, which are subject to VAT on the Spanish part of the route, an invoice is available (for journeys from Sunday, December 11, 2022) by clicking on this link.
