How can I benefit from the advantage code?
The advantage code is made up of 7 alphanumeric characters, for example 56HFT4S. You will receive it by email as part of the SNCF loyalty programme.
Here are the conditions for using the advantage code :
- It is unique, so you can only use it once and for a single traveller;
- It only applies to all journeys available on SNCF Connect;
- It can be used to purchase a train ticket or a discount card. It is valid for both the outbound and return journey.
You will find this information and the validity period in the e-mail you receive with the code.
When you book an option with a discount code, its validity period must cover the entire duration of the option for the benefit to remain applied.
How can I benefit from the digital voucher?
This digital voucher is made up of 9 alphanumeric characters, for example GP1234567. You receive it by email as part of compensation related to a delay or a claim, a refund, or a benefit linked to your loyalty program.

Here are the conditions for using a digital voucher:
- It can be used on one or more occasions. If the price of the ticket is less than the amount of the voucher, you will receive an e-mail indicating the remaining amount to be used for a future purchase;
- The period of validity is indicated in the e-mail received with the voucher;
- It applies to TGV INOUI, TGV LYRIA, TGV France-Italy, TGV France-Belgium, TGV France-Spain, ALLEO, and INTERCITÉS routes (excluding OUIGO, TER, Transilien, and Eurostar).

Here's how to enter discount codes for several travellers on the search form :
- press "Add" then "Add another traveller". Enter the traveller's details and press "Apply this profile" to confirm;
- Back on the search form, click on "Add a code" and on the "Advantage code or voucher" window. Then enter the discount code and link it to the traveller of your choice.
- Repeat the action for each new traveller you add.
Each voucher is valid for a single passenger per booking.

Vouchers and advantage codes are only valid for one-way journeys. To obtain a discount on the outward and return journey, you need to place two separate orders.

There are several reasons for the difficulties encountered:
- Your discount code may no longer be valid. Check the validity date in the e-mail you received with your code
- Did you enter your code during a ticket search simulation? It may be temporarily blocked, so reuse it after about ten minutes.
- Have you added an option to your code? If you do not validate your option, it will be valid again for a future purchase.

Yes, you can exchange or cancel a ticket booked with an advantage code, but you will not be able to reuse it for a future purchase.

To request a refund for your digital voucher, contact SNCF Voyageurs Customer Service. You can also contact this service by replying to the e-mail sent 24 hours before the voucher was used.
Do not reply to the voucher use email (including the code, amount and validity date): you will only get an automatic reply (no-reply address).
