E-tickets are tickets you can print out at home or download onto your smartphone or tablet.
They are available for all destinations in France (including connecting TGV, INTERCITES and TER services) and in Europe, as well as on services out of Geneva for journeys that include TER and TGV INOUI trains.
They are available for all fares except pet fares.
E-tickets are so much more convenient:
- E-tickets are available instantly via our app and by e-mail.
- No more lost tickets! You can retrieve your tickets in a few simple clicks and print them out at any time.
- There is no need to validate your ticket on the platform.
- After-sales service is also easier.
It can all be done online! Exchange or cancel your tickets easily on the website via the My trips tab or on the app. Your refund will be automatically credited to your bank account.
You can also print out your e-ticket at a self-serve kiosk.
How does it work?
You’ll receive your non-transferrable ticket by email immediately after purchase.
You can print it out at any time, up until your train’s departure.
Have a smartphone?
No need to print your ticket anymore! Just download the barcode in our app.
Do you have a Voyageur loyalty card? It’s even easier! Your ticket is automatically saved onto it without you having to do anything.
If you do not have a printed confirmation of your e-ticket, remember that you must download it onto your mobile phone or print it out from a self-serve kiosk before boarding
