On this page, find the different ways to collect your pre-booked train tickets on SNCF Connect.

  • Choose “e-ticket” as your collection method during the booking process.

The e-ticket is a paperless collection method. This will spare you from having to travel to collect your ticket, make an exchange, get a refund, or in case of loss.

You can directly access your e-ticket in the “My tickets” section of your SNCF Connect app.

You can select this collection method for:

    • All trips within France (with TGV, Intercity trains, OUIGO, TER Regional Trains with connections)
    • All destinations within Europe.

The e-ticket is available for all fares, except animal fares.

Boarding becomes hassle-free as you don't need to validate or punch your ticket.

The e-ticket is non-transferable: you must enter each traveller’s personal details.

informationOnce created, you will no longer be able to change the traveller’s name.

  • If you do not have a smartphone and have selected an e-ticket, you can print your ticket at home or at a self-service kiosk.

Once you have printed your ticket, you can directly access your seat on the train without validating or punching your ticket.

A printed ticket is personal and non-transferable; it can not be given to another person.

  • If you picked this collection method, collect your tickets by giving your reference number and surname, then let us guide you.

As for home-delivered tickets, they will be in your name but remain transferable.

informationTicket collection from stations and SNCF shops is only available in mainland France.

  • Self-serve kiosk withdrawal will help you avoid queues at the ticket booths.

Same as for a ticket collection at a ticket booth: simply enter your reference number and name, and let us guide you.

Please be aware that some stations do not have Self-Serve Kiosks.

Changing your ticket collection method

Once your booking is complete,  your collection method is permanently validated.

Changing your ticket collection method is no longer allowed.

Take your time to select your collection method: self-serve kiosk, e-ticket, or home delivery...

If you have a refundable electronic ticket (e-ticket, printed ticket, Print@Home), you can cancel your order and book a new ticket with a new collection method. Any difference in fare from the original ticket will be at your own expense.
