Exchange and cancellation - SNCF Connect 

Exchange is possible:

  • For tickets purchased online or via the SNCF Connect mobile app
  • For exchangeable fares, subject to conditions
  • For E-ticket bookings, bookings made at a station, or self-service kiosk bookings (provided you have not collected your ticket).

Exchange is possible up until the last minute, and even 30 minutes after departure of the train if you are a member of Grand Voyageur, Grand Voyageur + or Grand Voyageur Le Club. And up until 60 minutes after departure for those booked on a PRO fare.

Cancellation: subject to conditions, refunds are possible on refundable fares and for all tickets purchased online or from the SNCF Connect app, which are cancelled before departure.
