The Carte Avantage

The Carte Avantage can be adapted to your needs, with 3 profiles: Young people (aged 12-27), Adults (aged 27-59) and Seniors (aged 60 and up).
Save 30% for adults and 60% for children (3 children aged 4 to 11) on your TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS journeys. For TER, take advantage of a discount depending on your region. Find out more.

The Carte Liberté

If you are a frequent or business passenger, travel in France and Europe with the Carte Liberté and receive up to a 60% discount. 
Your Carte Liberté pays for itself on average in 4 return journeys.

Buying or renewing your discount card

To buy or renew your discount card, go to the Offers section on the SNCF Connect website or app. Choose your card type, then click on “Order” and follow the instructions.  

If you are renewing, indicate that you already have a card, then enter your card number and date of birth.

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your new card in PDF format."

Registering your discount cards in your customer account

You no longer need to enter your card details to register them! Simply log in to your customer account and they will appear on the “Your discount and loyalty cards” tab.

This means that your cards will be taken into account automatically when you book. You can always change the information when you search for a ticket in your “Passenger” profile. To find out more, visit our dedicated page

Only discount cards purchased (or renewed) on SNCF Connect or at an SNCF point of sale will be automatically registered in your customer account (up to 1 months after the expiry date of your card).

If no discount card is displayed once you have logged in to your account, you can enter your card details by clicking on “Register one of your cards” on the “Your discount and loyalty cards” tab. A second card can only be added if the same card type has not already been entered

Questions and answers

  • There are several ways to recover your Carte Avantage or Carte Liberté discount card:


    Access your digitized PDF ticket directly from the "Tickets" section on the website. It will also be sent to you by email.

    If your card is virtual on Mon espace TGV INOUI, the conductor will find all your card data on their verification tool.

    Print out your card sent as a PDF attachment in the purchase confirmation e-mail.

    If you can no longer find your purchase confirmation, ask for your order summary to be sent to you by e-mail. Find out more.
    You can also go to an SNCF sales point at the station or contact SNCF Connect customer service.

  • On your card: your number is shown on your card sent by e-mail following your purchase.

    In your customer account: if you have added your card to your customer account, log on to the SNCF Connect website or app and look up its number on the “Your discount and loyalty cards” tab. 

    On the My INOUI TGV space website, from the “Mes cartes” tab. 
     

  • Your PDF card acts as an invoice: it shows the purchase price. 

  • Log in to your account on the My INOUI TGV space website, then in the “Mes cartes” tab click on “Je dématérialise ma carte” and follow the instructions. For more information, visit our dedicated page

  • With your Avantage Adulte card, you can book return journeys combining* connecting and direct journeys.
    For example, for a Paris-Toulon return ticket, you book: 

    A connecting journey for the outward journey, with Paris-Marseille by TGV INOUI, then Marseille-Toulon by TER.
    A direct return journey, with Toulon-Paris by TGV INOUI.
