In order to qualify for the fare associated with your discount card or season ticket, you must enter the card number at the beginning of the booking process.
By doing this, you will be able to:
- Confirm that your card will still be valid on the date of travel,
- Buy a new card or season ticket if your current card is about to expire,
- Access your discounts on all sales channels or via your customer account through your usual sales channel.
How do I book a ticket using a discount card or season ticket?
When booking your ticket :
Once your Carte Avantage/Liberté/Season Ticket is validated, your discount will be applied directly.
Add your card number to yourcustomer account; it will be taken into account automatically when making new bookings.
Create your account here if you do not have one.
If you do not have a card or if it will no longer be valid at the time of your planned trip, you will be able to buy one or renew yours by choosing a start date, for example, the date of your trip.
To add your loyalty number, go to the Traveller section by clicking on “Rewards programmes”

You can also fill in your discount card details by clicking on “Your cards and subscriptions”;
This step is optional if you scan the QR code on your card or log in to your customer account using your personal login details (Mon Identifiant SNCF).

Where can I find my discount card or season ticket number?
You have several options:
- Your number is on your card. It begins with 290901...
- Your number is in the confirmation email you received after purchasing your discount card.
- In your customer account, if you previously added your card to your personal account.
Log in to find your card number now.

Do you have both a loyalty card and a commercial card?
You must link them* to be able to buy tickets at a reduced price and continue to enjoy the benefits of your loyalty programme.
If the two cards are not linked, once you enter your loyalty card number, you will not be able to benefit from reduced fares nor earn loyalty points.
I entered my loyalty card number, but my discount card isn’t linked to it. What should I do?
Your discount card may be saved to a different customer account than your loyalty card.
This can happen if you created two profiles using different email addresses (eg., personal and work emails).
Contact the SNCF Loyalty department today by calling 0808 808 330 (Grand Voyageur, Grand Voyageur Le Club)
Or log in to "My TGV INOUI account", then click on “One form for all your needs” > new request > customer account > view my cards and/or season tickets.
*You must link the two accounts by contacting the loyalty programme customer service.
