Car rental with BUDGET

Covid-19 : For all customers impacted by travel bans linked to the Coronavirus, online cancellation - free of charge - is possible for any reservation starting before 15/12/2020 made from France or abroad. For all "Prepayment" customers impacted by the travel bans related to the Coronavirus and for reservations in France or internationally from the SNCF Connect website, the cancellation fees will also be free.

1. - Car rental with BUDGET® with a vehicle pickup in mainland France (1):

• o Offer subject to conditions:

  Valid on BUDGET France prepaid rates for the general public, excluding surcharges, additional protection and insurance, for departures in France (excluding Corsica), for all rentals of 1 to 30 days. The usual rental conditions, particularly regarding age, driver qualification and payment must be respected (see the brochure of the General Rental Conditions) for BUDGET https://www.budget.fr/Les-conditions-generales).

• Reductions of Discount Cards, Pro Ticket, Subscription and Loyalty card:
  • Concerning all car bookings associated with a train ticket; SNCF Connect customers benefit from discounts at the BUDGET rental company all year round. This reduction is available for payment when booking for all categories of vehicles and subject to availability of vehicles at the time of booking. Discounts valid all year round cannot be combined with one-off promotional offers (more information at https://www.sncf-connect.com/train/services-train/train-avis).
  • All customers benefit from -10% on BUDGET France prices for the general public .
  • Holders of a Loyalty or Weekend, Senior, Young, Family or Liberté discount card, a subscription or a Pro rate (Business 1ère and Pro 2nde) benefit from -15% (except if you arrive in Ouigo the discount is -10%).

• Guarantee of the best price with BUDGET:

  For all car rentals, BUDGET guarantees you the cheapest price on the market. If you find cheaper elsewhere, BUDGET will reimburse you twice the difference. See the reimbursement conditions in an BUDGET agency or on https://www.budget.fr/conditions-tarifaires.

•  Provision of keys: Outside the opening hours of the BUDGET rental agency, your rental contract and the keys to your vehicle can be given to you by an SNCF agent in mainland France. This service is available by paying €9.99 with BUDGET. Below is the list of the few stations that do not offer the key provision service:

• CDG 2 TGV AIRPORT and PARIS NORD. This service is not available for any arrival at a station in Ouigo.

- (2) Car rental with My AVIS rental with a vehicle pick-up from an international destination (outside mainland France):

o Are you going from France to abroad? On your arrival at the station (outside mainland France), all SNCF Connect customers benefit from -10% on their car rental with the rental company BUDGET subject to presentation of their SNCF train ticket at the agency.

- (3) Car rental with AVIS with a vehicle pick-up from mainland France for international customers:

o Are you going from abroad to mainland France? On your arrival at the station in France, all SNCF Connect international customers will benefit from the same advantages with the rental company BUDGET as car rentals with a vehicle pick-up from Metropolitan France mentioned in paragraph (1) subject to presentation of their train ticket at an agency.
