Affordable tickets

If your child is under 4, they can travel for free if they sit on your lap, meaning you don't need to buy them a ticket. However, they will need a ticket if they have their own seat.
Changing or cancelling your ticket
You can cancel or have your TER ticket refunded until the day before the train's departure (excluding special offers). If you miss a train, your ticket will remain valid for that day for the same journey.

- Luggage: no size restrictions, as long as you can carry your luggage yourself.
- Bicycles: free reservation may be required depending on trains
- Pets: accepted (in a pet carrier or muzzled and on a lead, depending on their size), 1 pet per adult.
