Low-cost overnight travel

SEATED PLACES

INTERCITÉS low-cost options start from €19 per single journey for Seated Places. These seats have a footrest and an adjustable headrest. Individual reading lights make it easy for you to read or work without disturbing other passengers.

BUNKS

INTERCITÉS offers another low-cost option with maximum comfort. Choose between 1st and 2nd class bunks from only €29 per single journey*.

Area for those travelling solo

SECTION FOR WOMEN TRAVELLING ALONE

Ideal for peace of mind when travelling. This option consists of a compartment exclusively reserved for women travelling alone (or with young children). It is located in the carriage close to the conductor. This free service can be reserved by ticking ‘Espace Dame Seule’ when booking.

PRIVATE AREA

A compartment for the night, just for you! With INTERCITÉS night trains, you can reserve a whole compartment for yourself. Take advantage of the Private Area service (Espace Privatif) for your business trips, or when travelling with family or friends. Prices start from €40. This service is available in first and second class.

INTERCITÉS night trains: * Ticket exchangeable (according to the current price) and refundable only before departure: €5 charge from 30 days before departure, then 40% of the price 2 days before departure (min €5, max €12). From 30 min before departure, ticket can be exchanged 2 times max (same day, same journey) and is non-refundable after 1 exchange.
