Questions/Answers

  • If the ticket is cancelled, the refund is credited back to the card used at the time of purchase.

If exchanging for a higher fare, payment with Google Pay will not be offered.

The exchange must be carried out using another payment method.

  • At the time of the transaction, Google creates another unique card number linked to the phone, so your card number is not displayed in the transaction details on the order confirmation and cancellation email.

The refund is indeed made to the card used for payment.
