How can I modify or cancel my ticket if I book a journey between two foreign cities via SBB or DB?

If you purchase a ticket for a journey between two foreign cities via SBB or DB on SNCF Connect, any after-sales requests (modifications, cancellations, or refunds) will be handled by SNCF Connect’s customer service. This service is temporarily unavailable from your customer account.
