Life is full of surprises, and to offer you more flexibility, we've introduced the new OUIGO Flex option. For just €9, this option allows you to exchange your train ticket as many times as you like up to 30 minutes before departure, with no additional fees, except for any fare difference.
 
Benefits of the OUIGO Flex option:
  • Unlimited exchanges: Change your train or even your destination as often as needed, up to 30 minutes before departure.
  • Maximum flexibility: Perfect for uncertain travelers, this option saves you the usual €19 exchange fee.
  • Easy subscription: Available only at the time of ticket purchase, up to 7 days before departure. OUIGO Flex cannot be added later.
  • Free for children: Children under 12 enjoy this flexibility at no extra cost.
