How can I access the TGV INOUI Lounges?
Access to TGV INOUI Lounges in stations is granted upon presentation of:
- A Grand Voyageur Le Club loyalty card along with a valid same-day ticket.
- A same-day OPTIMUM or OPTIMUM PLUS ticket.
- A same-day Flex Première ticket.
- A Liberté card along with a same-day Liberté First Class fare ticket.
- A 1st class MONTHLY or WEEKLY pass.
- A MAX ACTIF or MAX ACTIF 1st class subscription.
- An eligible Railteam alliance loyalty card along with a same-day ticket.
What services are offered by the TGV INOUI Lounges?
The TGV INOUI Lounge is a premium space designed for relaxation and work, offering the following services:
- A reception desk and ticket exchange service.
- A hot drinks corner (tea, coffee, milk-based drinks, etc.) and a water dispenser.
- A selection of daily newspapers to read on-site and magazines to take away (2 complimentary magazines per journey).
- Unlimited and free access to digital press (by connecting to the TGV INOUI Portal or scanning QR codes available in the lounge).
- Free high-performance Wi-Fi.
- An entertainment portal with podcasts, series, games, as well as access to services available at the station or pre-ordering from the TGV INOUI Bistro.
- Charging points in all lounges and the option to print your documents by contacting the reception team.
- Comfortable work tables.
- Phone/privacy booths available in selected lounges.

The INTERCITÉS Pro lounge
The INTERCITÉS Pro lounge is located at Paris Bercy on level +1 near the waiting room. It is reserved for INTERCITÉS customers.
Your service provider, La conciergerie Solidaire, welcomes you Monday to Saturday from 06:30am to 7:00pm, excluding public holidays.
To be allowed to access the lounge, you must be a member of the Grand Voyageur Program:
Grand Voyageur Plus loyalty card with a 1st or 2nd class INTERCITÉS ticket for that day
Grand Voyageur Le Club loyalty card with a 1st or 2nd class INTERCITÉS ticket for that day
Service T loyalty card
To access the lounge, you must present one of the following at the entrance:
A OPTIMUM or OPTIMUM PLUS ticket
A Flex Première ticket
A Liberté Première, negotiated première or discounted première ticket
A forfait in 1st
A military or similar fare in 1st
