Mon Identifiant SNCF is changing

From 14 January 2026 your account is changing to improve your experience and enhance log-in security. Remember to log back in with your usual login details to find all your tickets and information about your journeys.

What are the advantages of a customer account?

No more need to enter your travel details every time you book. When you log in to your customer account from the SNCF Connect website or application, your profile is automatically entered in the ticket search form. 

And to save time when booking as a family, with friends or your pet, enter the passenger profile of your companions in your account. You can also:

With Mon Identifiant SNCF (e-mail and password), log in to your account on most SNCF Voyageurs and partner digital spaces. You will be able to find all your travel information, whatever SNCF Voyageurs applications you're using.

Questions/Answers

  • Log in from the Account section and then go to the booking form

    Your travel information has already been entered. If you are travelling with several people, add your saved travel companions by clicking on "Who's travelling". 

    Then select your journey, and if you have already saved your bank details when making a previous purchase, simply enter your payment card's security code (3- or 4-digit cryptogram). 

    The details of your discount and loyalty cards or your season ticket, which have been entered in your customer account*, are automatically taken into account when you make your booking.

    *You cannot save a circulation militaire card, famille militaire card or police nationale card in your customer account. 

    You can enter your card at the time of purchase to benefit from the associated fare.

  • From the Tickets section, once you have logged in to your account, you can:

    • view and manage your current and future orders;
    • consult the history of orders placed during the year.
  • If you were not logged in at the time of booking, go to the "Tickets" section from the website and click on "Find a travel pass". 

    On the application, press "Import" at the top of the screen in the " Tickets" section. 

    Then enter the journey file reference indicated in your confirmation e-mail received after the purchase and the name associated with the booking.
