Do you have a question about the MAX ACTIF+ season ticket?
Access to TER trains with a MAX ACTIF+ season ticket, on the route designated by the season ticket, is authorised in the Brittany, Hauts de France, Grand-Est, and Occitanie regions. Access to TER trains with a MAX ACTIF+ season ticket is only authorised on the following routes in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Pays de la Loire regions: Bordeaux – Angoulême, Angoulême – Poitiers, Libourne – Angoulême, Bordeaux – Dax, Bordeaux – Bayonne, Bordeaux – Pau, Agen- Bordeaux, Poitiers – St Pierre Des Corps, La Rochelle – Poitiers, St Pierre Des Corps – Châtellerault, Châtellerault – Poitiers, Niort – La Rochelle, Poitiers – Niort, Nantes – Angers, Nantes – Le Mans, Angers – Le Mans, Laval – Le Mans, Le Mans – Rennes, Laval – Rennes, Nantes – La Roche, Nantes - Les Sables, La Roche – Les Sables, Nantes – Saint-Nazaire, Nantes – La Baule, Nantes – Le Croisic, Saint-Nazaire – La Baule, Saint-Nazaire – Le Croisic, and La Baule – Le Croisic. Access to TER trains with a MAX ACTIF+ season ticket is not authorised in the Normandy, Bourgogne Franche-Comté, Centre Val de Loire, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, and Sud regions. In all regions, access to TER trains is not authorised with a MAX ACTIF season ticket, as mentioned in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Terms and conditions of the offer
The MAX ACTIF+ season ticket is offered on a limited and pre-defined list of journeys. You can view routes and prices at https://www.sncf-voyageurs.com/medias-publics/2023-12/cgv-max-actif-plus.pdf. The season ticket can be used for journeys in France, from Monday to Sunday on TGV, TGV INOU, within the limit of the 450 seats allocated, for 2 journeys per day. Season tickets are personal and non-transferable. Free booking required before any journey with a MAX ACTIF+ season ticket (except on INTERCITÉS where booking is not required). The season ticket must be shown at all on-board checks. Season ticket for an initial period of 12 months, with an additional monthly instalment deducted in the event of early termination before 12 months. After 12 months, the season ticket is tacitly renewed for a further 12 months. There is no charge for cancelling the season ticket after the initial 12-month period.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the statutory provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision or pay any penalty. In the event that you have made journeys prior to your request for withdrawal, and even if the legal 14-day withdrawal period is respected, the use of the right of withdrawal cannot be considered to have been made in good faith. Requests for withdrawal must be made in writing (by post using the form available in the appendix to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale) or via the contact form accessible from the MAX space (https://www.maxactif-tgvinoui.sncf/sncf-connect/).
