Assist'enGare
Assist'enGare: your new unique platform to book your station assistance
The station assistance service is available to travelers in wheelchairs, holders of a 'carte mobilité inclusion', a disability card, a war veteran's card, as well as to those who have difficulty moving around.
You will be assisted from the reception point in the station to your seat on the train at departure, and from your seat on the train to the station exit, your connecting train seat, the station taxi stand, or any other location of your choice within the station at arrival (one piece of luggage up to 15kg max accepted).
You must:
- present yourself at least 30 minutes* before the train's departure at the station's Assistance meeting point (*60 minutes before departure for Eurostar London trips).
- with only one piece of luggage of up to 15kg: this assistance service is not a luggage carrying service or a service to assist travelers with strollers.
- Adhere to these wheelchair constraints: the size must not exceed 700mm in width, 1200mm in length and 1500mm in turning radius, and the weight (including occupant and luggage) must remain below 300 kg for an electric wheelchair, 200 kg for a manual wheelchair.
It is advised to book your assistance service as soon as you book your ticket or plan your trip if you have a transport subscription, and at least 24 hours before departure.
By booking your assistance, you are guaranteed to receive help on the desired train(s).
To book, modify, or cancel an assistance service, you have a single point of contact, regardless of your train journey, whether it is regional, national, or international (departing from France): Assist’enGare, which you can reach
- online via the Assist’enGare request or management form,
- by phone in France at 3212 (daily from 8 am to 8 pm, toll-free),
- by phone from abroad at +33 (0)9 72 72 00 92 (daily from 8 am to 8 pm, toll-free),
- or via a specific relay center for deaf and hard of hearing people: the link is listed among the Assist’enGare contact points.
If you encounter any difficulties with your assistance on the day of your trip, you can contact the Accessibility Emergency Line (LUA) 24/7 at +339 72 72 00 65 (free service + cost of call).
