Refund rules and times depend on the method of payment, the train company, the type of ticket and the method of collection. We explain how and when you can obtain your refund.

Refund for TGV INOUI, TER and INTERCITÉS trains
Your ticket must be cancelled online first, fare conditions permitting.
Refunds are made within 3 to 5 days for refundable tickets.
Note: if you have a deferred debit account, the refund will appear on your account statement at the end of the month.

European train refunds
Depending on the train company, refunds are made between 3 and 7 days for a refundable ticket.

Note: if trains are cancelled due to an exceptional incident or industrial action, the refund times for TGV INOUI, TER, INTERCITÉS and European trains remain the same. Train companies can relax the usual after-sales conditions. Find out more.

If you have not received your voucher, please contact our customer service department.
Please note: TER tickets paid for with chèques vacances are refunded with a national digital voucher. These vouchers are not valid for the purchase of a TER ticket alone.

If you have changed bank account, it is important to know that, for security and fraud prevention reasons, the refund cannot be transferred directly to your new account.
It will therefore be automatically credited to the account linked to the bank card used for payment. In this case, we advise you to contact your former bank to recover the amount refunded.

At the time of the transaction, Apple creates another unique card number linked to the telephone, so your bank card number is not displayed on the transaction information in the order confirmation and cancellation email. The refund will be made to the card used for payment.
