Validating your ticket with your phone is possible thanks to SNCF Connect!
From now on, your Navigo Pass is your phone (Android and iPhone)!

Buy and store your tickets directly from the SNCF Connect application.
To validate, simply touch a control terminal in stations with your phone or Apple Watch.

The Paris 2024 Pass, which can only be used from 20 July to 8 September, is a pass created for the events of the summer of 2024, replacing the Navigo Weekly and Day Passes.
Important information This service allows only one person to travel at a time.

To validate your ticket,
- First of all, check that NFC is enabled in your phone's settings,
- Put the back of your phone against the contactless reader target on the validator, without having to unlock your iPhone.
All your tickets must be systematically validated when accessing the networks, including buses, trams and the Tzen, and when making connections and leaving stations with gates.

During an inspection, put your phone against the inspection device target presented by the inspector.
- If you are using a discounted fare, you must be able to show proof of the discount,
- If you are using a Navigo Monthly or Navigo Weekly pass, the inspector may ask you to display in the application your profile with your photo and date of birth saved in Navigo Connect.

This is not possible. Your phone becomes a pass, like your Navigo pass. It is valid for one person only.

Yes, you don't have to open the application to validate your ticket. Even when switched off, many phones can be used to validate a ticket using their NFC antenna.
Even if your iPhone has run out of battery, your Navigo pass is still functional. The ""Reserve"" mode operates for up to five hours after your battery has run out, so you can continue to validate.

It is not possible to transfer your tickets to another phone and/or SIM card.
If your tickets are saved on your old SIM card:
- Insert it in your new phone, if it is compatible with the ticket loading service.
- Download the application.
- Install the ticket purchasing service.
- You will then find your already purchased tickets.
If your tickets are saved on your old phone:
You can continue to use them on this phone, even if it no longer has a SIM card or telephone subscription.
If your new phone is not compatible with the service:
We advise you to use your old telephone until all available tickets have been used up.
