EXCHANGE AND REFUND FOR TICKETS PURCHASED USING A CARTE AVANTAGE TGV INOUI

Conditions for exchanging and refunding a ticket with the carte Avantage TGV INOUI on TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS trains with mandatory reservation. Exchange and refund service offered free of charge up to 7 days before departure. From 6 days before departure, a fee of €19 per person per journey is applied to TGV INOUI, and 40% of the ticket price is retained, with a maximum retention of €15 on INTERCITÉS trains with mandatory reservations. 30 minutes before departure and up to departure, 1 exchange is possible (maximum) with the same fee as previously mentioned. Tickets exchanged within this time frame are non-refundable. The fee is applied only once, for journeys involving one or more connections. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after the train's departure, unless it has been made available again before departure. In the case of round-trip ticket purchases, once the outbound journey has been used and/or completed, the return journey cannot be canceled or refunded.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOLLOWING THE PURCHASE A CARTE AVANTAGE TGV INOUI

The right of withdrawal specified in Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code allows customers to change their minds about the purchase of the card within 14 days of its purchase date, as long as they have not already travelled for the discounted price offered by the carte Avantage. After this 14-day period, the right to withdrawal is no longer admissible and the purchase of the card can no longer be refunded, even if its start date has not yet begun.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE [CARTE AVANTAGE ADULTE]

Valid on one-way journeys whenever the cardholder is travelling with a child or is travelling on Saturdays or Sundays, or valid on return journeys that include at least Friday night, Saturday or Sunday. The maximum period between the outbound and return journey must be 61 days, and this cannot be extended if you exchange your ticket.

Conditions of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal under articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, which allows the customer to change his or her mind within 14 days of the date of purchase of the card if he or she has not travelled with a discount offered by the Advantage card, applies. Thus, once the 14-day period has elapsed after purchase, the request for the right of withdrawal is no longer admissible and the card is no longer refundable even if the start date of the validity has not passed.
