TER Warranty
Being compensated in case of irregularity is a guarantee with TER. The Hauts-de-France Region is planning a compensation measure for subscribers in the event of punctuality problems on the network (information and procedures on the TER Hauts-de-France website).

Legal information
Subscription valid for 7 days from the date of validity. Unlimited travel on TER trains, including Krono+ GV lines in Hauts-de-France or to Paris, Normandy and the departments of Ardennes (08), Aube (10), Marne (51) and Haute-Marne (52). The pass is non-exchangeable, fully refundable up to the day before the start of validity, and refundable on a pro-rata basis after the start of validity with medical proof.
